I have never heard about this kind of service . When they contacted me , i was confused . Before they were asking for some permissions on Amazon . But i took decision in the favour because they were not asking for any money in advance and permissions were very nominal . And took there services . They have recovered me good amount from Amazon , which i was even not aware of . So i am really very happy with the service . Thanks

It's been a month and a half and no progress on our product restriction issues after promising during the sales process that this is one of their specialties. The communication from their team has been terrible. They seem backlogged so things are moving veeeery slowly...

Hi Martin, thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Product Restrictions are outside our scope of business, and we are sorry to hear that the service did not meet your expectations. We'd love to learn more about your experience with Seller Investigators. A team member will be reaching out to you shortly.

Poor communication; lack of follow through. Didn’t deliver on what they promised.

They're recovered almost 8x our previous service in just 3 months. Highly recommend. Dashboard is simple and easy to use/understand.
