This company is a complete joke. Awful response time and barely recovered anything after half a year. They also didn't reply to Amazon support in time which caused us to lose cases. Avoid at all costs

out of nowhere Seller Investigators have included a platform fee, no email notification that they were changing their policy and adding a platform charge, no warning of an upcoming expected charge. I have queried this with Seller Investigators and have had no reply from their customer support. Extremely dishonest approach from what would appear to be a very shady company.

I've used this company for years and it's been good. Expensive but good. They have now changed their policy and don't refund for Reversed reimbursments!!! I was owed over £1,000 They DO NOT refund this! They use it as a credit!!! Insane. They have my money and wont give it back! Amazon now does this job automatically so there's little need to use them but they owe me so much money. Not happy.

Poor communication; lack of follow through. Didn’t deliver on what they promised.

Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.
