We hired SellerBasics to resolve an urgent issue. Communication was extremely poor and there was minimal effort put into our case. The case was still unresolved after 3 weeks. We then hired Riverbend and they were able to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Seller Basics is GREAT! They have gotten us out of a number of tight spots. They give clear communications and are always willing to schedule a call with them to discuss issues. Matt & Joy have both been a immense help and I'm glad to have their expertise available!

Paul and his entire team have been a pleasure to work with over the last few years and have been absolutely vital to my business. From handling small account health issues to law suits, and even helping me restructure my business they have done it all. The sense of security knowing they are there on retainer for anything I need is worth it's weight in gold. I can't recommend them enough!

I did an Amazon strategy session with Paul Rafelson. I learned so much in the amount of knowledge and advice he embarked on me. I was so impressed with his expertise in the e-commerce industry.
