The sale of game cheat software is not prohibited on our platform. While it may violate individual game publishers terms of service, it is not illegal and falls within our Acceptable Use Policy. SellAuth is a platform for independent sellers and we do not restrict legal products and services.

These claims are entirely false and we want to address them directly. SellAuth is a legitimate digital ecommerce platform. We do not operate any scheme where sellers are recruited via Discord to host fraudulent stores, nor do we sell or promote anything through Discord. Our Discord server exists solely as a support channel for our merchants and buyers. The claim that our positive reviews are bought or incentivised with in-platform currency is equally false. We have no such system and have never engaged in review manipulation of any kind. This review contains no verifiable evidence, no specific details, and was submitted from an alt account by the reviewer's own admission. All payouts are processed automatically and sent instantly to the seller's configured payout wallet upon payment detection. We have no verification process that would delay or block withdrawals, and we do not require any form of identity verification to withdraw funds. We have no record of the situation described matching our platform's behaviour. If your account has been suspended, it is due to a policy violation and not to withhold funds. We also want to flag that the promotion of third party chargeback services within a review raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this review itself. This claim is inaccurate and we want to be fully transparent about what actually happened here. A report was submitted to us claiming a seller's product contained malware. We take such reports seriously, which is why we require verifiable evidence before taking action against any seller. A VirusTotal scan of an unsigned executable is not sufficient proof of malware as virtually all game cheat loaders trigger false positives on VirusTotal due to the nature of how they interact with system processes. Proper verification requires reverse engineering the binary. When we requested valid proof, none was provided. Instead, we received what appeared to be AI generated content with no credible technical evidence attached. We will not take action against sellers based on unsubstantiated reports. If you have genuine, verifiable evidence of malicious software being distributed through our platform, we encourage you to submit it properly at discord.sellauth.com and we will investigate thoroughly.

Regarding the crypto payout, your Ethereum was sent to your wallet 2 days after the ticket was opened. We acknowledge that proactive communication on our end could have been better and we are working on improving that as our team scales. 2. Regarding the abuse report, the seller you reported does not host their store on SellAuth. They use our checkout embed independently, which is not a platform violation. We would absolutely take action if their store were hosted on our end, but in this case it falls outside of our jurisdiction. 3. Regarding the Nunjucks editor and page speed, this is fair feedback and something our development team is actively aware of. We are continuously working to improve the platform.
