Our Inspection Department did make a slight error on your order, and selected one of the fields incorrectly. However, this error resulted in you being paid more for your device than you should have been. With the error being fixed, the payment would have been $6 less. You indicated on the questionnaire of the condition of your item that all functions would work properly on this device. This was incorrect. Our Inspection Department indicated for your Lenovo IdeaPad Y480 Series: Device is password locked, LCD Bezel is loose/broken, LCD Back Cover has scratches/scuffs, Bottom Case has scratches/scuffs, Keyboard is worn, and Palmrest is worn. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of these devices, the payout was appropriate. Payout was sent for both devices via PayPal per your request on May 17 and May 24, 2018. Thank you for your feedback! Based on the inspection of this device; the device froze frequently and would not progress into the OS which affected the value. All devices that we purchase have a high and low value for payout, which is displayed before checkout. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

Thank you for your feedback! Looking at the inspection notes for your device, the following reasons are why the payout was changed from the high quote of $105 to the low quote of $5: computer was Password Locked, item was marked flawless but was found with many blemishes, LCD screen had heavy scratches, battery failed to hold 80% mAh, and the A/C adapter was not included though you indicated it would be. All devices that we purchase have a high and low value for payout, which is displayed before checkout, and the amount paid is based on our inspection criteria. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.
