Our Inspection Department found the following issues with your device: No operating system present (You selected 'Yes' to functionality which clearly states that an OS is installed. If you hover over 'No' it states the OS is missing, which you should have selected). Palmrest is worn/Keyboard is worn (You selected 'Flawless', but should have selected 'Good'.) The accessories, such as the battery, were unable to be tested, as the system had no OS. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of this device, the final quote was appropriate.
