It is fast and they do pay to have your item shipped to them. My only issue was the the cell phone I sent is basically flawless. The only thing was that I did not have original charger. Everything else works battery ect... My quote was for $144 but bc of missing charger they dropped the price to $96. To replace a charger is at most $20. I feel that you need to separate the listings on what could be wrong and missing. I understand if it was a battery problem but not so low offer for a missing charger. “Are the genuine accessories missing, damaged, and/or the battery doesn’t hold a charge? You chose: No We found: Yes (AC adapter was not included.) Trade-In Value after Inspection; this is the amount you would have been originally quoted had you selected the correct options: $96 But I did opt for them to contact when and if there was a change in price after inspection. Doesn’t make sense to me to have it sent back to do it all over again with a different company. I went with them bc they were the highest quote I had found. And I waited to do my review until after I got my results from inspection. So I cannot say how fast you get paid yet.
