Return shipping will be paid by Sell a Gadget in all cases except. 1. The device was improperly identified during the initial quote process, the drop down options were found to be incorrect, or was the device was marked as an incorrect model. 2. The device doesn't meet reasonable expectations of normal wear and tear based on Sell a Gadget's discretion. 3. The device was received previously disassembled and or with missing pieces. Our inspections department reports you have no orders that match the description you have provided with the Reference Number you submitted with this review. We have only received one device from you on November 26th, for a device with an original quote of $163, and a revised quote of $55. This adjustment was due to damages and battery quality, which was all updated to that order with photos. This item has a Reference Number totally different than what you have provided to us. This item can be returned to you, as you selected "Contact Me" at check out. Please message us through the Member's Area of the order. At this point, we do not understand what you are referring to in the review itself. We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your final evaluation. Unfortunately, when we inspected this item, we found it to have some cosmetic damages, which we have pictured and posted to your account. These issues unfortunately heavily impact the resale value of the device and the price we are able to pay for the item. To be as transparent as we can here your offer was only reduced because the condition of which it was inspected did not match how the item was represented when obtaining the online quote. We understand this can be a bit frustrating but we do try to be very up front with our entire process and these defects should have been checked when obtaining an online quote for a more accurate estimate. Regarding the shipping, we do provide a free shipping label but do not offer or provide packaging or packing material. This is due to the fact that packing materials should not be that expensive, and we wouldn't be able to be competitive with our pricing on these items if we offered them for sale. Having said that, a box and packing material should not cost $35, it sounds like UPS gave you the wrong information or charged you too much. A box should be around a dollar or two and packing material, even bubble wrap, isn't over $30 dollars. Also, we do not charge any fees here. We sent the $124 to you, via your selected Payment option of PayPal. We have no control over the payment processors (Amazon, Chase/Zelle, or PayPal) or any fee's that they may charge for using their service. Specifically with PayPal, the only way to circumvent the fee is to send the money as "Friends and Family", which we cannot do as this is a bannable offense. If you want to refund the money back to us, we can re-issue payment via Check, Chase Quick Pay, or Amazon e-gift card; they may not have fees or the fees may be less. If you have any questions, please let us know.
