A simple and easy process to follow online and also prompt follow up via email from their support dept regarding my inquiry for my selected items. The confirmation, payment options and pre-paid shipping label made a no-brainer option to sell my used items.

I would deal with them again
I would deal with them again. Although I didn’t get the full amount I expected, they informed me in advance that the quote will be reviewed and then explained why it was revised with details. In addition to that, most of other sites didn’t have my laptop model, so they have a good range of models.
