SellaGadget was very easy to use and gave me a great deal for my old laptop! I always hate selling old things, so they usually end up sitting around until they're worthless. With SellaGadget, this wasn't a problem. The entire process was so simple and painless, and I got a fantastic deal!

I've sold many gadgets to various sites (Gazelle, Best Buy, etc.) and my experience with sellagadget.com was definitely one of the best! Reasons why I had an excellent experience with sellagadget.com: - Website interface was intuitive and it was easy to find my specific laptop model, which is not a common Lenovo model - Simple set of questions to get your estimated offer, and I liked the feature that allows you to accept a lower offer if there is a discrepancy with the condition, or get in contact with sellagadget.com for more information. Not all websites give you this option - Once I accepted the offer, shipping label was sent immediately and the website is well integrated with UPS to track - Once received, the process was very quick! I got an inspection update within a few hours of receipt. My offer was revised due to some wear/condition items that I had interpreted differently, but I had chosen the "Contact Me" option in this case, and Customer Service was very quick to respond to my questions. I agreed with their findings and will still accept their revised offer, which was fair. Overall, I thought this was an easy and fast way to sell my laptop. I would maybe have two small suggestions to improve what is already a great process: - It would be good to have a pop-up or more information (or examples of wear) on each listed grade/condition in the cosmetic condition of the estimate form. That way, it would be much clearer and will avoid disagreements on condition. - The packing slip was emailed to me along with the shipping label, but it would be good to have a link on the website (maybe next to the Reprint Shipping Label link) that could also be used. Like I said, minor suggestions but that would definitely help make this an even easier way to sell. I look forward to doing business with sellagadget.com again!
