The process was fast and easy. They provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and that's it. The price was better than most sites out there.

I have been amazed at the responsiveness, helpfulness and dedication to customer service from this company. On all accounts they have gone above and beyond my expectations: 1. When looking to sell my hardware I contacted several different companies that offer the same service. Out 4, 3 responded. Two were very cold and refused to provide a general assessment - fair, good, flawless - of the laptop based on a picture that showed some wears (assuming these would be the only issues with the computer). I went as far as chatting with one rep who would not deviate from the script - a real hassle. SellaGadget on the other hand, replied within an hour, had a very pleasant tone and, most importantly, did not hesitate to provide me with the information I was looking for. 2. I messed up following their instructions and forgot to include quote slip in the package. I was certain they would penalize me. I sent an email explaining the mix-up and got a reply few minutes later telling me not to worry and that they would take care of it. 3. Most importantly, this company is represented by people who care, as they will take the time to answer your worries and go at length to explain their process. The replies were timely, insightful, and pleasant. I was honestly delighted at each interactions I have had with them. I am writing this review at the time my package is still in transit, so I cannot speak to their pricing yet. Unless their final offer turns out grossly unsatisfactory, I rate SellaGadget 5 stars with no reservations.

I sent 3 items: a laptop, an iphone 5 and an ipad 2. They graded the laptop the same as I did. I forgot to include the chargers for the iphone and ipad, which they deduct for. They grade strict but fair. I would use them again.

This company makes it quick and easy to sell them a device. The site is easy to navigate, and the inclusion of a shipping label is a plus.
