Our Inspection Department found the following issues with your devices: LCD Back Cover has scratches/scuffs, Bottom Case has scratches/scuffs, Bottom Case has marker on it, Palmrest is worn, Keyboard is worn, Palmrest is missing rubber stoppers, and Non-OEM AC adapters. You marked the items as 'Flawless' during the questionnaire, which describes the item as being 'Item is in like new condition. No scratches or wear present'. You also indicated that the genuine accessories would be included, but that was not the case. It is the responsibility of the seller to accurately describe the items they are selling for an accurate assessment before shipping the device. In this case, these defects should have been selected when obtaining your online quote. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of this device, the payout was appropriate. Hello, Sean. We do have one message from you requesting the device back on the 14th. In our reply to that message on the 14th, we let you know that in order to return this device we would need to be provided a pre-paid shipping label from either UPS or USPS. We have double checked our emails to confirm that no return label was issued to us. As no return label was provided, we could not return this device. As such, this order was not marked for return and payment was processed. Unfortunately once payment is processed we are not able to return any devices. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. One of the issues you were marked down for was the device was password locked. You later provided us with a password, and in good faith we did reinspect the device with the password provided, and sent you the difference for the new adjusted quote. Beyond this, however, there is nothing we will be able to do for you. We are sorry if you are dissatisfied. Additionally you marked you would send all the genuine accessories, and we were sent a generic USB cable for the charger instead. Thank you for your feedback! Looking at your device, it seems there are a few points: 1) When you initially identified the laptop, you noted it was a Lenovo Yoga Book YB1-X91F. This was incorrect, as we determined it to be a Lenovo Yoga Book YB1-X90F. This means the original quote low to high range given to you was correct, but not for what your laptop actually was, as it is an older model. 2) You selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept the low to high range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. You were alternatively given the option of "Contact Me" which states you have the chance to discuss the device condition, and have the device returned. 3) Our Inspection Department indicated: Bottom Case has scratching, and an A/C Adapter was Samsung branded and not the genuine Lenovo brand you indicated it would be. It seems we have reached out to you in regards to this issue, and have yet to receive any response. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist you further.

Thank you for your feedback! Based on the inspection of this device, it was submitted as being flawless condition and with the battery able to hold a charge, but our inspectors found the LCD Back Cover to have minor scratching, and the battery failed to hold our minimum of 80% max mAh. All devices that we purchase have a high and low value for payout, which is displayed before checkout. In regard to the shipping, we boast free shipping of the item from all customers to us. If, however, the customer is remorseful of the transaction, or the devices is not in the condition originally indicated to us by the customer, resulting in a lower quote payout to be used, the customer assumes the responsibility to pay for return shipping. This is indicated in the Terms & Conditions all customers agree to before check out. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.
