I had a great experience selling my broken laptop to them for a reasonable price. Once I found the model number on my laptop it was super easy to get a quote, print my label, and get paid.

Unlike other companies I've used they don't send a box to us to use for shipping, however they do provide the shipping label and allow us to choose how to ship our own devices and if we want to use UPS or USPS. I've only just sent my item so I haven't received payment but everything up till now has been smooth sailing so I'm expecting the rest to be as well.

It was super simple to go through the process of selling my item. It was just sitting in a box collecting dust. To be able to get money for my unused item is cool.
