More information regarding sessions, content, and breaks. I have a full-time job and only did a book on the side. Not all sessions were helpful if one does not have a business with their book and it would have been nice to have been able to plan accordingly for time management.

Much of my interaction with Selfpublishing.com has been good. The training and the coaches are wonderful. However, I did have some issues of communication with the production team and have had no real response to my emails that show they have even received them. I would love to recommend them, but I am wary to do so now. Edit: the production team response and communication emails were responded to eventually, but it felt forced and like communication from me to the designer was never clear with having a go between person. The emails that were not responded to were my emails to give feedback about my experience. For those I have no idea if they were receives, ignored, implemented, or what. A simple “we have received your feedback and will look into it” or something along those lines would let me know it went through to someone. Selfpublishing.com has always claimed to want and love feedback, and usually has good employees, but I currently feel like I was at the receiving end of poor employee or training choices during a growth spurt that has left a lot of loose ends hanging.
