THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ON SIGNING UP BUT WAIT UNTIL THEY NEED SERVICE DONE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS GOOD AT SELLING LIES! THEY WON’T FIX YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE GOOGLE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE GREAT AT SELLING FAKE POLICES!!

I purchased the warranty about a year and a half ago. paid $5000 for the warranty. Ther is a jerk in the transmission when changing from 2nd to 3rd gear. I took it to the dealer ship and they ran the diagnostics. The dealer told me that there is a problem inside of the transmission. When the dealer contacted Select Auto Protect, they told the dealership that they had to disassemble the transmission, then they would send out their inspector to inspect the transmission. And that Select Auto Protect would not pay for the disassembly. So, I would be responsible for paying $6000 for dissasembly and still wouldnot be guaranteed that they woud cover it. A total fraud company. Don't spend your money with them.

Scam to sell a product and not stand behind it. The terms of the Policy are counterproductive to what a person expects to be covered by an Extended Warranty Coverage. Denial on many parts in the vehicle claiming no coverage on a defective part that may have caused a covered part to fail and since the none covered part is also defective they deny the whole claim. In essence you get nothing for your $2200. Premium just a sales scam be informrand buy from a reputable Company tied into a Major Insurance carrier. Be safe

Be aware that they offer a 30-day money back guarantee but you cannot have any repairs until you reach day 30 AND 1,000 miles. After making two payments I was denied a fuel module repair on my Audi. The repair totaled less than my two payments already made combined. They denied it stating that the module was not covered under the fuel system. The warranty lists vaguely that the fuel system is covered on their top tier Platinum warranty. When I requested my money back they only offered to provide one payment back. Completely unacceptable when a policy is costing well over $2k to begin with.

Massive Scam! Just was on the phone, he said it was $5,000 for a warranty... he told me to go to the Services Agreement link on their website... which is a vague agreement, then kept pushing for my credit card information. Why would anyone pay without seeing the contract or what it entails? At least my name, vin associated? The rep kept saying he cant put anything in writing because its a very good deal... HUGE SCAM! avoid at all costs.

Everything thing was great; price, coverage, etc. until I tried to file a claim. The radio head unit and driver's side window button stopped working at the same time (lightning, power surge?) When I called to file the claim (they weren't covered items anyway) the rep, Matt, accused me of fraud. Saying it was like that before I bought the plan, just because of the timing of the claim. It was around 6-weeks and 5,000 miles after I bought the coverage that this happened. I think there is a 30 day and so many mile wait period. I mean 5,000 later? If it was already broken, I would have filed the claim as soon as I was able to. However, I didn't need to until I did, then he directly accused me of fraud just because it was soon after the plan was effective. That was the soul reason he basically called me a liar, a fraud, simply because I tried to file a claim to soon for his liking. I saw poor ratings for this company before I bought it. Now, I see why.

First simple claim denied, amazing. The blower motor in my dashboard is a one piece molded piece of plastic and the clip part of it broke and it's bouncing around in my dashboard. They actually had the nerve to say it's not covered because the motor still turns. They claim "we don't cover hardware" . . . the motor housing includes the clips, they're not separate. Astonishingly cheap excuse to not pay a claim. It's impossible to replace the clips without replacing the motor, it's all one piece. Intellectually dishonest and criminal. Their sales guys spent so much time convincing me that "we're not the cheap company that will nickel and dime you and try to wiggle out of paying any claims" . . . well that was clearly a lie. I'm getting a prorated refund and spending my money somewhere that has ethics and treats customers with respect. Humble advice, don't waste your money, they won't pay your claim.

If I could give this place a - score I would. Do NOT DO IT!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND AFTER CANCELING THEY STILL TOOK NEXT MONTHS PAYMENT OUT. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND PROMISE YOU COVERAGE BUT THEY DONE. JON IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR. RUDE, LIES, JUST DONT DO IT...
