DO NOT GET THIS!!! Did not cover the repair and made it worse by having the shop take engine apart to "inspect" only to claim that is it my fault for reading some technical bulletin that was not even shown to me. Will be cancelling and fighting to get money back, since the shop is asking for over 1.5k for taking engine apart and putting it together. This should be criminal conduct on the part Select Auto. Adding to reply of the Select Auto Protect response: You have my contact and you can call me. Also, I already send a cancellation notice to you and have not heard anything in over 72hours. Sent a 2nd request. Yesterday June 14th 2023. June 15th received a call that if I cancell I would be given back 132usd. I am abt 14k miles into 75k mile "warranty" and abt 1.5 year into 5 year. Return was supposed to pro rated if I cancel as according to agreement. Also when I questioned the amount I was told that I would have to agree to amount and cancellation and then I could argue for higher amount of return. As of June 23rd 2023: Two email send asking about my refund. No reply. As of July 6th, 2023: No resolution, at all. Pretends by sending an email saying "we were trying to reach you". DO NOT BUY THIS! STAY AWAY.

Stop don't even think about spending your money with this company it's a scam Adam Rothstein was the sales agent that sold me my policy he was like when BB King played his guitar so I bit for so they told me that they didn't cover oil changes and cosmetic situations well I told him okay because they've been with a company and I had a bad experience he advised me that I wouldn't have that experience with select Car Coverage from his company my cars in the shop and the service agent just called me and asked me did Adam call me or the warranty department from select Car Coverage warranty so I got in touch with them and they're saying they don't cover O2 sensors for Mercedes-Benz that's not cosmetic and so here I go with a second round of a scam I finally got in touch with someone and they said he going to see what he can do about cancellation and call me back but he didn't say one word about the money that I don't spend so far from him over the last year so do not go with this company it's another scam company do not go with it

I bought into Select Auto Protect expecting to get the coverage in their contract. Not the case: My torque converter went out. The transmission took it out to diagnose and then after @ a week Select sent out someone to check it. My repair was denied because the transmission shop had already taken it out. This is not what I paid for and mean while the shop had to tie up their equipment and parking to wait for the rep to check it out. cancel!!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! If I could rate them a zero I would. I purchased a platinum “bumper to bumper” warranty, totally not the case. I have called around 20 times to get someone to explain why repairs are not covered and totally get the run around and passed on to a line that no one ever answers. Now I have tried canceling to receive my money back and of course have not received my “24 hour response” on that. Again called and talked to several people and get sent through to a line that never stops ringing. This is a complete FRAUD. I’m pretty sure any positive review on here is also a paid review. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

This company is denying my claim. Complete fraud

Company is in my opinion fraudulent. They did not cover a repair of power steering (covered) due to an unknown seal leak. They have not refunded any portion of fee as they state. DO not pay a one time fee up front. They are only about 2 years incorporated. Do not trust these peopel. I could have got a policy that would have covered it. Dealer said others would have.

The earlier 'one star' review was spot on! THE ONLY POSI TIVE REVIEWS ARE REVIEWING THE SALES PITCH!!!' ADAM was great during the sales pitch, trash talking competitors. They are ripe for a class action law suit and I am a lawyer and ready.... Sadly I looked up reviews on competitors and they all seem the same. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!! ADAM SHAME ON YOU!! Is this what you want to contribute to this world??
