Worst logistics firm ever! Stay away, if you can. First king- size mattress delivered by SEKO was damaged because the company used a dolly which was too small for the large and heavy item. Package was a completely ruined and heavily taped when it arrived. Driver didn’t have a second person to help, so he asked me for help to lift the heavy package up the stairs to the front door. Damaged mattress was sent back to the manufacturer. Replacement mattress will be delivered by SEKO as well. They called me for the delivery a week prior and told me that the mattress will be delivered between noon and 4pm. No one showed up and I didn’t receive a call to re-schedule. No one knows where the mattress is. I can just wait and hope that it will show up one day. Btw, when you call the company you’ll receive a message that their mailbox is full. SLEEP ON LATEX is using this company for deliveries.

We have used SEKO Logistics to deliver our custom doors for more than 12 years. They have delivered hundreds of doors for us, but unfortunately approximately 60 have arrived damaged. For years we have often repaired or replaced damaged doors at our own expense rather than fight through the insurance claims process. The final straw was a $3,600 door delivered in January 2026. Our customer personally witnessed the driver push the crated door over from the side and heard a loud thump as it hit the bed of the truck. The door was badly damaged. We provided photographs of the damaged crate and door, as well as our customer's eyewitness account. We immediately replaced the customer's door out of our own pocket. Meanwhile, we were referred to Jennie Boffro to handle our claim. Nine months later, we still have no resolution, and when I followed up again today, I was shocked to find that the claim information wasn't even readily available. We have complained about damaged shipments before and have been told to simply "file a claim." Unfortunately, our experience has been that when we do file a claim, collecting on the insurance is extremely difficult. We have also personally witnessed careless forklift handling of our crated doors. After 12 years, hundreds of shipments and far too many damaged doors, we no longer consider SEKO Logistics reliable for shipping valuable custom products. A shipping company should not only take responsibility when something is damaged—it should have a claims process that actually resolves legitimate claims in a reasonable amount of time. After 9 months today I finally got a letter from Jennie Boffro denying the claim. There was a ton of evidence. Dishonest.SEKO Logistics Claim No. D172947 SEKO Logistics Shipping No. TSE3402603 Dear ANNEKE SCHIEBERL, Our review of the above referenced claim has been completed and decision concerning denial of claim is indicated below. Be advised that unless provided in writing, we waive no rights which we may have either by contract or under law. There were no indications or reports of mishandling/negligence involved with this shipment from origin city to destination. Our insurance company has denied this claim due to, they have not received any information indicating that the goods were damaged in transit caused by an insured peril or that the goods were sufficiently or suitably packed by the claimant. As such, we are declining coverage of this loss. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, Jennie Boffro

SEKO Logistics is absolutely garbage. Bought gifts from Amazon for my girlfriends birthday, they mark it as delivered and I check the cameras with the security guards of my building and nothing showed up. The guards got all stressed thinking someone had stolen a package and it turns out SEKO just never delivered it at the time they said they did. They straight up lied about the delivery. Spent hours with Amazon support trying to figure out what happened and the package goes missing for 3 extra weeks. When it finally shows up it comes opened and resealed with a completely beat up bent box. The gifts inside were luckily okay but the birthday surprise was completely ruined and it was a whole headache with refunds and customer support. And then I get another package a week ago and unfortunately its SEKO again. Now they're telling me it might take an extra 2 to 3 weeks because they got it stuck on the border?? Are you kidding me. Oh and their tracking codes dont even work online. You literally cannot track anything. So you just sit there with zero information stressed out of your mind, they never responded to my mails either. I went and read other reviews about SEKO and its all Amazon customers saying the exact same thing. Packages going missing, arriving weeks or even months late. This is not a one time thing this is just how they operate. Just seeing their name on an order ruins my week at this point. Its absolutely terrible and I'm all stressed out again. Please report them this is not okay.

Well where do I begin… I ordered with Amazon as I have for many years and spent a lot of money over the years. I live in Costa Rica and when Amazon uses DHL I’ve had no issues. However the last three items ordered got diverted to SEKO and Mail Americas and that’s when everything went wrong!!! I was told that my deliveries were attempted twice but I was not home (BS) I live in gated community so if wasn’t the guards would’ve taken them I would’ve also received a text or phone call either way!! So I contacted SEKO and Dan Sutton (Sales development coordinator)and Brandy Stevenson (Control Tower Coordinator) both reached out saying “my team is on it”and that was the last I heard from anybody. One email reply that’s it this company is a scam and they are by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. As a former UPS air employee I’m familiar with international shipping and how this works. If I could let everyone know to avoid or boycott this company I would I would also let Amazon know they are partners with crooks

2 packages from Australia to Belgium are lost. What a shame. Never heard of this company before and will never use it anymore.
