I was displeased to say the least. I ordered an ounce and it was extremely dry and unusable. There was little to no smell. It was just an overall disappointing experience.

I received my shipment from Seiglers.shop and it was incorrect. They sent me flower that I didn't order. I have reached out with voicemail and through their website with NO REPSONSE. After not hearing from them I decided to order more flower and leave them a note asking them to make good on their mistake. I just received my order and DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING ACKNOWLEDGING THEIR MISTAKE. I recommend you find a different site to order from since they do not have any customer service. I will not be going back to Seiglers.shop for anything in the future. I tried to work with them but they have only ignored me. No phone call, no text, no email....what is the point in having a 'Contact us' tab.

Couldn't give a zero. Total con job. Never received anything and customer service never responded to any emails or calls. But they still send me spam. Buyer beware.

I never received my order I sent them a picture of a letter I got instead of the package stating that USPS got the package an wont deliver it I shows it to the customer service I was told I won't get refund or another package sent to replace because their end says it was delivered even tho it never was don't use this site it's a scamm

I ordered on the 16th .it' has not been delivered.tgey said I would get new tracking number.and nothing .I heard good things that's why I ordered but not very happy so fae
