I make knives for myself and I sharpen knives for all my cowokers and myself so I Know a little something about knives. I was very pleased with these knives right out the box they where very sharp and felt like a high quaility knife in your hand worth twice what you paid for it.Using them for ne felt very ergonomic and like i said vefore very sharp. You cant go wrong with these knives as long as you maintain them correctly they are high carbon so you wanna keep them clean and light coat of cooking oil on them then wipe dry.
