Arrived on time & slices thru brisket & tenderloin like a hot knife thru melted butter! This knife is very sharp & I've used it alot & still haven't had to sharpen it.

Love these knives. Quality meat is an expensive and rare treat I give myself. Why ruin the experience of eating it with a dull knife, sawing away at it. These knives slice through effortlessly, are beautiful and have held up to washing in a dishwasher and soaking in a sink. Top quality!
