Hi Brandon. We're sorry to hear that you did not receive our messages. However, we replied to all your inquires multiple times and provided you with a very detailed update on your order status: on Dec 15th, Dec 20th and Dec 21. We've also sent you an SMS to the mobile number which we have on file. The USPS tracking itinerary confirms that your order was successfully delivered to your address on December 29th, 2021. Due to the holiday rush, couriers including USPS have been backlogged and as a result some orders arrived a bit later then expected. Unfortunately this was out of our control, but we are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you and would like to make things right. Hi David. Our records show that we have replied to all your inquires. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order was being processed when you quickly decided to cancel it. Nevertheless, as per your request, your order was cancelled and you've been issued a full refund.

Hi there. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. 99% of our customers enjoy and keep their SEIDO knives, we do however have a 30-day refund policy where you can schedule a return for a replacement or refund. Kindly note that you should not place your knives in the dishwasher or leave them soaking in water. Please make sure to follow our "product care" instructions. Thank you.
