Sadly I believe SEI club is a fraudulent company. After being assured multiple times that there were HUNDREDS of potential matches in my geographic area that fit my preferences, I chose to sign up for the Tier 1 Membership Fee of $18,750. That was four months ago. Since then I've been "introduced" to 3 potential matches - the first was located on the opposite coast as me (I put location as a "deal breaker" in the preference sheet that I had to docusign), the second potential match was about 90 minutes from my home but when I asked about meeting, I was told that he was "too busy with work" and I would need to go to him - no thank you. And the third potential match was again on the opposite coast. I have repeatedly asked to be introduced to one of the "hundreds" of members that they said were in my area but still nothing. I hear from the service about every 2 weeks. My "matchmaker" has changed 3 times. I am embarrassed that I spent so much money and was so hopeful. I repeatedly asked for a refund but of course I get no response on that. I hope this review helps someone else to not make my same mistake.

Frankly, these people are crooks. Do not go near this organization or give them a dime. Otherwise you will regret it.

IF YOU'RE A FEMALE-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a club that caters to rich, old men. I'm in my early 40's and I've only been matched with 1 person born the same decade as me. Everyone else was at least 12+ years older. Meanwhile, the men aren't willing to meet someone in their age range, so your basic criteria won't be met. Instead, they have an affiliate program the men can tap into where they have models/actresses.

I signed up with SEI matchmaking in December 2024 and had my initial phone interview with Monika, followed by a photoshoot in January. My profile was submitted at the end of January, and since then, I have not received a single profile or had any contact attempts made through the service. I honestly don’t understand how this company has positive reviews or claims to have an active clientele, because from my experience, I haven’t seen any evidence of that. To date (Oct 2025), the service has been completely unproductive and disappointing. Note: I did not provide another review after SEI’s reply — I simply updated my original review to clarify the facts. Unfortunately, I can’t attach screenshots to this review, but to clarify: I have an email confirmation (10/12/2024 at 2:58 AM) acknowledging receipt of my application, as well as a credit card transaction of $495.00 on 9 December 2024. It is very concerning that SEI does not appear to recognise or properly keep track of their own clientele.

Scam. Don’t use. Inappropriate matches. Not listening to any of my feedback. Passed around to multiple “agent”. Zero money back grantee as advertised.

This is nothing more than an investment scam! I can’t caution you enough! The only relationship SEI helped me find is a relationship with an FBI agent. RUN RUN RUN!!!!

Paid and fake reviews, even didnt pay after review

This company is a total scam. Do not use this service. There are no refunds like they promise on the website. I spent 16,750 USD for 9 matches that all were guaranteed to match at least 90% of my match criteria. Three different match makers promised me the moon and severely underdelivered. Not only that, multiple people from this company were really unprofessional towards me and I experienced religious insensitivity. They say they are elite but most of them couldn’t even spell my name correctly. There would be significant delays in communication once the money was transferred, usually a health or IT excuse. I’ve never experienced such poor service before for such a high cost. I recieved only two matches in a 4 month period; the first came no where close to my preferences, the second lived in California and had a kid (I live in Chicago and didn’t want to date someone with a kid). I tried to get the money back but they gas lit me and tried to flatter me to stay for a month, it was exhausting the back and forth. Eventually they offered me only 4,750 USD back and tried to force me to sign a contract saying I’d never give them a negative review. This is more than likely why there aren’t more honest reviews. I’m starting to think most of their positive reviews are fake as they are mostly from private accounts with only a couple reviews. I’m chalking this experience up to an expensive lesson learned. I’d rather warn all of you to stay away from these fraudulent predators than get my money back at this point. They will more than likely respond to this review and lie, denying it all like my last review. You have been warned!
