Felicia is the best matchmaker! There is a reason that she has been featured professionally.

I’m a 57 y.o woman living in Brooklyn. I’m a C-suite marketer and have 2 amazing daughters both in college. I’ve been a member of SEI a several years. I’ve had a relationship so I paused my service. The quality of the men is terrific. I’ve met some lovely gentleman who are successful and grounded. Above that, the customer service has been superb. My matchmaker, Felicia is outstanding. She has a lovely disposition (over email which is hard to do). Her follow up is solid and just the right amount. Felicia is upbeat but serious about what she does…and can lean in as therapist when needed:).

Sadly I believe SEI club is a fraudulent company. After being assured multiple times that there were HUNDREDS of potential matches in my geographic area that fit my preferences, I chose to sign up for the Tier 1 Membership Fee of $18,750. That was four months ago. Since then I've been "introduced" to 3 potential matches - the first was located on the opposite coast as me (I put location as a "deal breaker" in the preference sheet that I had to docusign), the second potential match was about 90 minutes from my home but when I asked about meeting, I was told that he was "too busy with work" and I would need to go to him - no thank you. And the third potential match was again on the opposite coast. I have repeatedly asked to be introduced to one of the "hundreds" of members that they said were in my area but still nothing. I hear from the service about every 2 weeks. My "matchmaker" has changed 3 times. I am embarrassed that I spent so much money and was so hopeful. I repeatedly asked for a refund but of course I get no response on that. I hope this review helps someone else to not make my same mistake.

I will admit that I was never a member but I was through the first phase of joining. Before fully committing to this rather large commitment I decided to do some research. To SEI’s credit they did have far more positive reviews than negative! Understanding you can’t make everyone happy I didn’t put much weight on the negative. That is until I read the response from SEI to the people who had rated them low and or had a bad experience with them. Just the smug arrogant tone in those responses was enough to turn me away from trying them. In my eyes, we are all people! Money and status don’t make me any better than anyone else. So I refused to be a part of something that has these types of people representing them. Good luck to everyone out there who is trying to navigate these tricky waters known as online dating!

Felicia was truly amazing to work with. She genuinely cared, took the time to understand what mattered most to me, and followed through in every way. Her responsiveness was incredible, and she clearly loves what she does. She was a pleasure to deal with, and she really brought me thoughtful, great matches. I’d highly recommend her!

Frankly, these people are crooks. Do not go near this organization or give them a dime. Otherwise you will regret it.

IF YOU'RE A FEMALE-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a club that caters to rich, old men. I'm in my early 40's and I've only been matched with 1 person born the same decade as me. Everyone else was at least 12+ years older. Meanwhile, the men aren't willing to meet someone in their age range, so your basic criteria won't be met. Instead, they have an affiliate program the men can tap into where they have models/actresses.

After numerous failed attempts, locally, nationally and internationally, I found SEI as a premier matchmaking service. The attention to detail and care, especially from my matchmaker, Monika exceeded my level of expectation. Monika is a kind hearted and very insightful PhD. Her guidance helped me overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth and successful matchmaking. I highly recommend Monika as both a personal life coach and matchmaker. She is simply amazing in her career. I’m glad to have her in my life as both a friend and confidant ! Forever grateful to her!
