I had a terrible experience with this company regarding a simple cancellation and return request. I placed an order and realized I no longer needed the product, so I submitted a cancellation request within an hour of purchase—well before the item was shipped. Despite my timely request, the company proceeded with the shipment and later refused to provide a return label, leaving me responsible for the return shipping costs. When I contacted customer service, I was met with multiple delays, excuses, and minimal compensation offers (£3, then £7) instead of a proper resolution. They repeatedly ignored my request for a return label and a full refund, even though the issue was entirely on their end. Instead of honoring my cancellation request, they insisted I keep a product I do not need. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. If you're considering buying from this company, beware of their poor return policies and lack of accountability. I will not be purchasing from them again and I am sharing my experience to warn others. THEY LACK ACCOUNTABILITY AND THEIR PRACTIVE IS UNETHICAL. *FURTHER MORE, AFTER REVIEWING THEIR PRODUCT IT IS FLIMSY AND OF POOR QUALITY* The company failed to honour their offer. VERY DISTASTEFUL, DECEPTIVE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. 🚨 Avoid this company if you want quality products and expect fair customer service and a proper refund process! 🚨

As all the other comment say, the product comes with no suction brackets as advertising and clear plastic hooks. They offered me £3 compensation and after multiple emails back and forth they increased compensation to £7, adding a £1 at a time. Feels like they enjoy playing games. They would not entertain me returning the item, stating “it may be expensive for you to return” please accept compensation. They most probably make plenty of people getting fed up and letting it go. Scam.

Total scam ordered shelves nothing delivered and just a total run around by this company they should be shut down going through bank to reclaim my cost as they refuse to send any proof of delivery , all tracking codes supplied by them are not recognised by royal mail, they should be shut down by trading standards , don't touch this company

Absolutely appalling company. Foolishly ordered shower shelves from them via Instagram and received a dreadful product, which was not fit for purpose or anything like the advertised product. Requested a full refund and was offered £3! When I refused this, I then heard nothing back from them. The product they supplied is absolute rubbish and not as advertised. How companies can get away this this sort of service is beyond me. They are simply thieves!

I ordered the bathroom corner unit that they advertised on Facebook. It had levers that activated suction cups that adhere to the wall. After 3 weeks I received a weak bit of plastic with 2 self adhesive stickers. Total rubbish. If I could have given -5 in this review I would have.

Like many others ordered the bathroom corner shelves. Get a notification a week after supposedly delivered saying delivered offering a tracking link to a scam tracking website with no evidence and no real post office tracking reference, refuse to replace or refund. Time for trading standards to shut down and prosecute these bottom feeders

I ordered 4 corner shelves with suctions Received shelves with sticky squares to stick on wall not what I ordered and paid for total rip-off don’t buy anything from this company their false advertising. Trading standards should shut them down

I ordered 4 x corner shelves with suction cups I received shelves with bits of plastic that you need to stick to wall. When I complained they offered £3 then £6 then £8 which I refused. They said I received what was ordered which is untrue. Avoid at all costs.
