They don't need new customers

When I try to sign up, then "You already have a SeekaHost account," even though I have never signed up on your website. When I try to reach your support about this bug then "Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area." I even have tried to reach support through a feedback form - silence. No problem. I will not insist on being your customer. Updated: of course you “haven’t received any emails, messages, or support tickets with such complaints” because your system rejected my email as not-customer. Please read again email from your system: "Your email to our support system COULD NOT be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area."
