A seedSman.com customer who is posting a negative review on our site. Okay, flagged the review, here is what Trustpilot decision was: The decision We’ve now read the review and found nothing to suggest it’s for another business, so we won’t be taking further action. Please keep in mind that we don’t remove a review just because it's non-specific and doesn’t mention your business’s name. I hope everyone that reads this realizes what a horrible business TrustPilot is. The customer listed the other business by name, and yet Trustpilot found nothing to suggest it's for another business. I requested information from customer, they did no reply back. There is no other recourse.

This is a seedsman.com customer ordering cannabis seeds. We are seedman.com, located in the USA, we only ship flower and vegetable seeds inside the USA, no shipments outside the USA After flagging this review, here is Trustpilot's response: Investigation complete: The review doesn’t breach our guidelines for: being about a different business. Not a seedman.com customer, we have no record of them in our shopping cart files, and we have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our flower and vegetable seeds, I suspect this was a seedSman.com customer filing a complaint. When a customer goes to TrustPilot.com and search for seedSman.com, they are automatically brougth here to our page www.seedman.com, where they file a complaint against the wrong company and hurt our rating.
