Not happy no refund an no product. Never again.

I placed a order waiting almost a month for my or only for customs to get it .. they said they would resend it asked me to confirm ?? Ok of course I want what I paid for … when I checked to see if the issue was shipped outa week later Laura from seedman said in a rude way they will email if I want them to resend it ?? Don’t waste your money Ilgm.com don’t have a huge selection like they do but it’s probably all fake … Update: staff emailed me saying that I got approved for a refund and they would email me shortly.. they did with some bs about starting a request for help.. this is a scam if you live in US , don’t do it !! Don’t be like me and lose your money.. I going to search every site that reviews them and let the people know SCAM !!! Update; lol they don’t sell seed ? Just advised about it take your money . Do yourself a favor ilgm.com . They don’t have all the goofy names , but neither does seedman. They don’t have anything

I ordered seeds online with 2 separate credit card transactions and they both were cancelled on their end. I emailed customer service and it’s been 5 days and they still have not rectified my issue. If I simple online seed purchase is that difficult I will go else where. However their website has an extensive variety of seeds.

This is my 3rd time buying from them they sent my 1st 2 orders no problem but I ordered my last order a month ago and still have not received tried emailing them but there no help at all terrible CS I GOT INSURANCE ON IT TO AND THEY WANT RESEND IT ! Just don’t do it! Shipping is garbage and will waste your time

Rip Off... not one seed germinated... Can't get a hold of anyone there... they are a flim flam operation... make sure you use caution with them... if they send you dead seeds there is no one to complain to... it's a rip off... Many better sources out there. Stay away. UPDATE: They made good with replaceentgs although not the kind I wanted... all in all... I was too hasty in putting them down... apparently their seed source was unreliable... Al''s forgiven. gc.
