Cancelled order without notice or even an explanation. I assume it was related to the Hellene but you could have atleast told me you were canceling the order and refunding rather than me waiting almost 2 weeks just to see the order cancelled without notice.

Site advertises products at prices they won't honor, and then offers to fulfill the order if you pay more than the advertised price. Cancels order when you won't pay more. Buyer beware.

I sent a pic to one of your techs of the lock it needed and I ordered the one he told me to but it was wrong i called to get a return flip for the right one I was told that we could reverse the one I had so we did problem is it will not lock with a key now

I ordered a lock over a week ago and paid for two day shipping. I urgently need this because the one at the entry of my house is broken. I have not heard anything after the purchase, no shipping, information, or tracking numbers, and no responses to queries about what’s going on. When will my lock arrive?

Have not got what I ordered

You advertise what you don't have.

We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!

Wrong item sent, unable to reach via phone. left Voicemail with no return call. Very unhappy
