Instructor was knowledgeable and personable, though overall experience with company was average.

I took the online course, and the beginning was a bit rocky, as we couldn't hear the instructor. Eventually he changed mics, but the course was very fast paced and hard to keep up with online. The visuals were almost non existent. but the info I did retain was good and we received a lot of great study material.

Review I have used secure ninja before and they were excellent. Unfortunately this time the instructor was off the mark.

I feel that the instructor was too casual with the content and his approach did not cover the content to provide confidence to the students in the class. I did pass the exam but felt I did not get enough content in the class.

Facility is showing is wear and tear, issues with books was not clear and it seems different attendees had different deal. There was no on at site to start off any of the admin issues (like books) when the class started. Instructor was fantastic. I looked over the testing center there, room was way hot, smallest computer cubes I have ever seen, and cubes were written on with marker.... just not professional or relaxing to take an exam at. I will be going another facility for the exam.,

I would like the class to provide more material to use for studying, I.e guides, textbooks, tools.

The facilities were nice and the staff accommodating. The instructor LEO provided tips and tricks on how to take tests but was very light on substance. In a number of instances, he would narrow our choices to two but then could not give us any curriculum based instruction on the correct answer. To be fair he asked us up front why we were there and some of us answered "To pass the test", but as the week went on I got less and less out of the training. Friday could have been better spent in my hotel room prepping on my own. I did pass the test and because of that I raised my score to a 3.
