Ich habe leider ein Jahres-Abo abgeschlossen. Seit April keine neuen Templates, obwohl damals auf der Roadmap der Firma was ganz anderes versprochen wurde. Der Support antwortet mit seit Monaten nicht.

Asked multiple times questions before purchasing, and this is SALES mind you, without getting an answer! Red Flag #1: Do you offer a free trial? Answer: Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial at this time. OK, so you don't offer a trial. Fine. I asked, can't you create a demo system on your own site so users can test it out. Answer: Insert *birds chirping sound here* Red Flag #2: Is there a refund option available? Answer: Our designs are digital products, and there are no refunds available for purchases. Please make sure to review your selection carefully before making a purchase. So, no trial and no refund? Seems like a good way to get rich quick eh? Red Flag #3: No response to pre-sales questions. Now this one is the biggest one to me. If you're not interested in SALES, then it's not a wild leap to think what the process is for trying<--- to get support? They are either rude, inept or all of the above. Run and don't look back. Update: As his/her response, my comment above is no longer either rude, inept or all of the above. It's abundantly clear the response. And yes, thank goodness there are much better alternatives and yes, they actually also offer support and a working product. So thanks for giving myself and hopefully thousands of others an option on choosing a service and product other than your side gig.

Stay away! Really (really) bad practices. Like one accordion per question. Very unprofessional / unusable. Your details are shared as well since I’m getting emails from other addons all of a sudden. Stripe payment not showing so I’ll have to apply for a new creditcard. No response to emails. Stay away is my advice. **added to reply** - A faq with a new nestable element per container is not best practice. By far. Unusable and bad practice. - There has been 0 communication on my question, this is your first reply. - I received your email from @ecaddons which means the info was shared. - Or was it advertisement by Kap asian? I was initially impressed with the templates—they look professional and well-designed. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to several key issues: Support Responsiveness: When I encountered problems, the support team was either unhelpful or didn’t respond at all. This made resolving issues unnecessarily frustrating. One-Time Package Limitations: I purchased the one-time package, which provides only a single day of downloading access to the templates. If you miss that narrow window, you lose access entirely. This feels restrictive and doesn’t match expectations for a one-time payment. Failed Workaround: After I raised my concern about the limited access, I requested a solution. They sent a WeTransfer link, but unfortunately, the link didn’t work. When I reached out again for a functional link, I received no response. Unreasonable Restrictions: While I understand that a one-time package doesn’t include ongoing access to the website, it seems reasonable to expect flexible downloading options. Limiting access to just one day feels unnecessarily harsh. Conclusion: While the templates themselves are well-designed, the lack of reliable support and restrictive access policies make it hard to recommend. I’d suggest the company re-evaluate its policies to provide a more user-friendly experience for paying customers.

As reported by the negative review just before mine, the template file I was trying to use for my website states "Invalid template type..". I reported this to "customer service" and just like the other customer, I was accused of lying. Make no mistake, this "company" is really just some guy denying refunds on his faulty product and blaming the customer instead of fixing the issues with his product. An actual customer service agent would provide their name and refund the money for a product that doesn't work instead of claiming the refund policy is stated in their Terms of Use (it actually isn't). The whole point of this purchase was to save time but I've instead wasted it going back and forth with this guy. He actually requested my login credentials. Very professional. Now let's wait for another foolish response.

Total Scam! The Section Express templates do not work well with Wordpress themes and slowed down my site from 97 to 24 and then broke it forever. What´s more there is zero customer service and no refunds for a very good reason. Avoid at all costs as you will pay for the section express templates and then have to pay a developer to fix the mess.
