Wallets are great. But customer service is TERRIBLE. They publish a number where NO ONE ANSWERS, they provide an email stating they reply within 24hs (THAT IS FALSE). Delivery takes for ever, no confirmation on order processed. Super fast to charge, very slow to honor what they promised. All statements are over promised. This is the LAST time I buy from this company.

I just received the SLIMWALLET MATTE BLACK. The plastic holder for currency is not really functional. Bills come out and there is no way to secure them in the wallet. Using the currency holder makes the wallet bulkier. Really disappointed and I intend to return . Perhaps there is a better wallet that you make for currency ?

Product is NOT a replacement of a wallet, but might be a nice gadget for fast fingers. Trying to get cards out the 'patent' slider is a hussle. Especially the slim version without the button, put two bils in it, a housekey and it looks shit. 79 euro down the drain. It's not a wallet, it's an engineer cardholder. Hat down for the marketing😘

Bought my original in 2016 and lasted 10 years, just bought a replacement brand new and its complete plastic rubbish. Can't believe Secrid has gone to plastic movements and now it feels cheap and nasty. Congrats on skimping on product build quality and destroying your brand. Never again. Waiting on refund.

Habe mein Slim Wallet vor über 2 Monaten zur Reperatur eingeschickt, da der Cardholder nach 2 Monaten schief war und nach 3 Monaten sich komplett gelöst hat. War ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, von dem ich nichts habe, da ich nicht weiss was Secrid nach Einsendung zur Reperatur damit macht. Keinerlei Nachrichten seit dem 10.04., nachdem ich die Versandvorlage von DHL von Secrid bekommen habe. Schade, Kundensupport liest sich so schön auf der Webseite. Ich kehre somit nach 6 Monaten wieder wieder zur klassischen Brieftasche zurück.

Ich kann mich meinem Vorredner nur anschließen, retournierte Ware wird nicht zurückerstattet, angeblich seit Wochen IT Probleme, nun bleibt nur der Weg über eine Anzeige wegen Betruges gegen die Firma und eine Rückforderung der Kreditkartenfirma. Niemals würde ich empfehlen bei der Firma zu bestellen. Support wenig hilfreich.

Worst customer „service“ experience, ever! I have sent in my wallet for repair of the slider. After 3 months and several phone calls and mails with different guys from customer support I have to live with the promise that next week someone will sent me my repaired or a new wallet. But nothing happens. The product is actually good (when not broke) but the service makes me sad.
