SecretveneersReviews of secretveneers.com

AVOID I sent impressions multiple times and every time does not fit - I keep asking for refund but imsteadt I got offered a lower impression as well as top as I only purchased a top one- and both DO NOT FIT It looks horrendous all I fkn want is my refund what do you not understand- they claim they make people feel confident clearly not seeing all these other reviews which relate to my review too

Scam SCAM SCAM SCAM They sent me 2 replacement none of them fit and they refuse to give me my money back. They stop replying to my emails and they keep deleting my comments on their Instagram page.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this company. I spent £600 in August and still do not have a set in November. I was sent an impression kit which I sent off in August. I received my set on the 8th of September, around 3 weeks later. I did pay for express delivery. They came and they were faulty. The set was so tight my teeth felt like they had braces on them. I left them in warm water like secret veneers advised but nothing changed. I unfortunately couldn’t wear them as they were too painful. They were really sharp on the back side of them which was cutting my tongue and the sides kept slipping loose so when I spoke the teeth would fall out. I feel like when I ask the instagram page or the dental lab questions they seem to avoid my question. For example there was one instance where I asked if my new set would be tight and I had to ask several times as my question was always dodged. I had to chase them on the 29th of September as I had heard nothing. I chased them up as I tried wearing them for five minutes and the top set snapped in my mouth and cut me. I told them this and I just got told “for updates email”. There was no “I hope you’re okay” , “we are sorry this has happened to you” …. Nothing It’s now the 5th of November and I received my second set. The front two teeth don’t have a line inbetween them so it looks like one big tooth. One of the front teeth is digging up into my gums and the second set is bent at the front and extremely tight. I am becoming increasingly concerned that I will not receive a satisfactory product. I understand that this is bespoke but I have now received two dangerous products. I am more than happy to remove this review if they either refund me or send me a suitable product however I feel that both of these are extremely unlikely! Do not buy from this company

Scam scam scam I ordered from secret veneers. The mould kit arrived and I sent it off. The ‘veneers’ that arrived looked like they cost around 20p to manufacture. They were awful and did not fit. They didn’t even look like real teeth! I complained but secret veneers were no longer dealing with me now that they had my money. I had to contact to the lab who made the product instead. After three attempts where they sent me products that were unfit for purpose, on one attempt they just sent me half of one set! What good is that!? They refused to provide me with a product that was fit for purpose and refused to refund me. The whole thing is a scam. Do not trust. I am now £600 out, with no product.

SCAM COMPANY Do not order from here or waste your money I paid extra almost £600 for the quicker version of clip in veneers 11 days later and I haven’t even received moulds, tried to contact them and get half hearted replies with major spelling mistakes from an ELLA CARRON BROWN. They will not refund me or provide any tracking despite me not even receiving moulds never mind the fake clip in veneers. Why I even ordered in the first place is beyond me because the pictures are a show you could get better on wish.

* please note: other people have left positive reviews before actually using or receiving their products - don't be deceived * Shocking!!! Total rip off! You can buy veneers off wish for about the same quality. I spent 300£+ for a new smile for my birthday (I bought the most expensive single set available). The product arrived late and below the gum line had thick outline so they looked stupid! I complained that they looked awful and that they were needed by a certain date, to which they said they would send a new set of veneers out in time. I did the whole process again, sent off my moulds only for them to send the exact same veneers back! No definition of the teeth, literally looks like a flipping gum shield in my mouth! For laughs and giggles we actually bought a veneer off wish to show just how similar secret veneers are, unfortunately I cannot upload the image here however you literally can't tell the difference!! Please don't waste your money, save up a bit more and get real veneers. The clip in one's are a waste of time, effort and most importantly your money!! I sadly wasted some of my inheritance on the scam! Please don't make my mistake

Terrible product, terrible service. Unfortunately I find myself in the same situation as many of the bad reviews on here. I have had clip in veneers in past ( different company and only company I will use in future!) and loved them, just wished they could have been a little thinner. So when I saw the ultra thin product on offer I thought this would be ideal. I cannot even explain how disappointing this product is. The quality is awful, there is no way I could talk or sing ( my job is a university and college lecturer in voice and singing). There is a weird whistle sound created through the plastic too. It’s not just a ‘fit issue’ as the company has deemed it. The product is not fit for purpose. On top of that the quality and overall aesthetic is just awful! Looks very akin to awful joke shop Halloween teeth. I appreciate every situation can be different so I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt and not publicly post negative comments until I had given them a chance to redeem themselves. I sent an email outlining my concerns and why I found the product to not be fit for purpose. They did not even have the decency to write a reply- just a copy/ paste section from their website re: no refunds ( which by the way is not true - I now know plenty of people who have received refunds) So I followed up with another email and they have just totally ignored me. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks now. So I find myself in same situation as many of the other negative reviews. Please take notice, I cannot believe this company is even in business!

AVOID this company at all costs. They publish loads of fake reviews just to boost their score on here (Yes, secret veneers, it’s 21st century and IP address checks are no rocket science). They are not licensed dentists (so think twice if you would like a random person with no medical degree or license sell you a dental appliance that can alter and deteriorate your oral health - scratching of enamel, cutting into gums etc). This company will not answer ANY of your emails once you make it clear that their products are not fit for purpose and you require a refund. My emails haven’t been responded to for over a month (even thou they claim to respond within 48h). Legal letters been sent out about intent to initiate court proceedings - SV ignored. Papers will be filed and served in due course - will share an update on here as well. Just shows the level of ignorance and how they feel they’re above the law (as they’ve been scamming people for years and getting away with it for far too long). Don’t use this company - save your money, time and nerves
