SecretveneersReviews of secretveneers.com

I ordered secret veneers 45 days ago never heard anything until I messaged them and was told my expressions failed and they needed new ones. It cost 30.00 to send them bk to uk. This will be an additional 60.00. I am very disgusted! I spent my savings and I truly believe this company is a scam. I've ask for a refund and no response!

If I could give 0 I would! I was lead to believe I was going to end up with an amazing smile & it’s totally not the case! I ordered a set for both myself & a friend & to cut a long story short after 6 months of trying to communicate with this company I have STILL not received any veneers because my impressions kept failing & then they apparently never received the last set even though they were signed for!! My friend did receive her veneers & they were uncomfortable, loose & very big looking. They remade them & again exactly the same issues! We used the credit option unfortunately & despite trying to explain the situation I can not seem to get a resolution! The communication of this company is absolutely disgusting. I know how it feels to hate my smile & think I may finally have some confidence before my wedding but secret veneers shattered that.

Do not use this company! They took my money sent my veneers that didn’t even cover my own teeth then blocked me on Facebook and ignored all my emails!! No wonder they don’t have a review page on Facebook! I will be taking further action! Robbers! And I will get the message out there what they have done!
