So I’ve made a few reviews about this “ company “ ! They owe me 2 sets of veneers that I have proof of and it’s now been 3.5 months and still absolutely nothing has arrived. In their last reply to my review they stated that they have terminated communication with me because of “ well being of their staff members “ I have tried and tried to get proof of shipment and over and over they would not give me that so I have gotten extremely angry with them. As a company that owes a customer something they are required to fulfill the order. I’m sure they will reply to this review and try to play the victim yet again when all they have to do is provide me proof of shipment and this all goes away. I see that so many of you have had similar issues with them and I’m not surprised. They claim to be a company that “ helps “ people with their mental health and self esteem around their teeth but when it’s on them to provide a well made product ( or a physical product at least ) they just turn it on the customer and act like they are innocent. I’ve emailed over and over and no replies AT ALL. I would really think twice about giving them any business because you will be treated like trash and your hard earned money will go to waste as they tip toe around the fact that they will do everything to “ make you happy “. Find another company because it’s not worth going through with ordering from them since it’ll take forever to receive any veneers from them or if they ever even send you anything and just keep your money and ignore you.

I read reviews before making purchases. But I have to admit, one thing always concerns me the most. What if I do make a purchase and something is wrong? Will I really be able to reach customer service? I keep getting automated answers through their phone system. NOW IT'S IN THEIR HANDS... WILL THEY RESPOND? I decided to do this on Trustpilot to help others with pre-buyer's jitters.

I have been ignored by this company when I have contacted them in regards to the problems I have had with the secret veneers . I have different issues such as gum erosion and a badly out of line bite at the bottom teeth which are also uneven , the veneers therefore are unsuitable even after a second set were made . I sent pictures of the issues but my emails are not being replied to!!! Customer service is awful from this company . And no refunds either for a product which is unsuitable for my teeth .

I placed my order for secret veneers on 24 August 2024 and I received my order on 12 September; which I thought was quick. When I opened the package I knew immediately the teeth were not made from my impressions. They were a completely different shape to my teeth, they were yellow, thick and bulky and I was unable to get them to clip to my teeth ( I ordered the AL1 ultra thin veneers). I contacted secret veneers on 13 September and told them this and I was told that they were made from my impressions and I should send another impression (at MY cost). I then explained that I knew they had sent me someone else’s secret veneers as I was sent the top and bottom, and I had only ordered the top set. I then requested that, due to their error, they should cover the cost for me to resend another impression to which I was told on 16 September “We don’t pay for return postage I’m afraid, 2nd class signed for is a lot cheaper than special delivery and you can use this service to return impressions to us it doesn’t have to be special delivery” . Disgraceful! I was not happy with this at all! I resent another impression at an additional cost to me on top of the £402.50. I had already paid (they probably lost my original impression) and my new set arrived on 4 October. I can honestly say I am absolutely disgusted with the product. They are an absolute disgrace for £402.50. I had read the description and I didn’t expect them to look like real veneers but they were the quality of the teeth I bought from the joke shop for Halloween as a child when I was 10 years old in both look and quality. Cheap and hideous looking . As it was, that night we had a family gathering of 30 guest and it was possibly the most entertaining of parties we have ever hosted. I put the teeth in and the first comment was “I have never laughed so much since seeing Peter Kay”. The other comment was “You look like methodone Mick from Still Game”. Alongside “Have they give you Shergars impressions?” The comments were hilarious and the teeth were the joke of the night. The product is an absolute disgrace and I would advise “DO NOT BUY”. Secret veneers you are an absolute disgrace! Your product is pathetic! Hindsight. Any company that has confidence in their product would offer a money back guarantee if the customer was not happy. This says it all! Even they can’t have confidence in their own product! Yes they will work with the customer until the teeth are right they say but when I saw the quality I know they could never ever look right. Definitely no secret about these veneers!

The supplier does not deliver the goods, constantly confuses the orders, for the last month they do not respond to any letters.

I was really nervous when I placed my order back in November of 2023 because this company wasn't in the US. As time went by, I waited patiently until my impression kit came in. After doing the impressions, I sent them back and continued to wait. I was really looking forward to receiving them but was very disappointed when they had arrived. They didn't fit my teeth, they actually hurt when I would try to put them on because it was like I was forcing my natural teeth into the veneers. Wrote an email explaining what I needed fixed and sent them back. After doing several impressions over the course of 9 months they still couldn't get them right. After waiting for almost a year after placing my first order I had given up. It was costing me more money because I had to keep sending them back. I just didn't understand what was the problem and why it took so long to fix it. I don't have bad teeth, I just wanted a more whiter smile because my front teeth are permanently stained. What's even more frustrating is they don't offer a refund. They look huge on me, not flattering at all. I wouldn't recommend going through this company. I still don't have the veneers and I'm tired of waiting. Save your money and find a company here in the US.

I placed my order and trusted the process, I then got my teeth on time which fit perfectly. To say I love them is an understatement. When received the first set I had a few issues, they were shaved too low across my teeth and hurt badly which was rectified after literally sending more than one email to the lab. I loved them and made a few posts which people became interested in buying, asking questions etc. The company promised a free set for a positive review on here which I did receive but with worst issues than the very first set I got. I was beyond disgusted. It felt like I received someone else's teeth. I reached out and my messages fell on death ears. Literally all what the other reviews were saying is what I got. The excellent customer service came with ignoring my messages. When I finally got an email from the lab they only said will send top arch instead of a top and bottom. I sent a follow-up email to let him know but no answer. Today after a week, I decided to send another email only to receive this message 'What is it that you are chasing?' Ordering with this company is a hit and miss. Some would be done properly maybe if you are an influencer to sell their product you will get perfectly done ones but other than that they refuse to admit that their lab techs fall short. They even tried to justify that maybe gum recession is the cause for the badly made free set I received. I even requested to pay for another impression as it seems that the first one have issues but it went ignored. I also have screenshots and photos of every interaction. They claim to send a free set until your issues are fixed but that's not the case. Is this company a scam? Read through all reviews for that answer but order with money you can afford to lose.
