Save your money and don't get scammed!!! I paid for the top and bottom veneer combo. When I first received my impression kit I thought my impressions were perfect. I sent a picture of my impressions to their Instagram and got no response, so I decided to just send them in. I paid $50 to send them off and then have them tell me 3 weeks later my impressions weren't good. They sent me another impression kit but the second time I received It, it wasn't the right size. So, when I tried to take my impressions they turned out wrong. I contacted them and after 2 and a half weeks later they finally responded and told me they would send me the right size. When I received my 3rd impression kit they didn't send me any putty for the trays. The whole entire time I was communicating with them what problems I kept having they would take days to respond. I commented on their Instagram posts and they would delete my comments.(They weren't rude comments either, I was just asking for help). Overall I called my bank and reported it as a scam and received my money back from my bank. Since secret veneers doesn't give refunds. The reviews on their page are half fake and the only customers they attend to are the influencers and celebs. Don't buy it you'll Regret it. I'd hate to see others get scammed.

This company are a bunch of Fraud's. After extensively looking on their web page, "customer" pictures and before and after I was assured they could make me a set- they have "transformations" on their website with teeth way worse then mine- so what did I have to loose. So after 3.5 weeks I finally get an email back saying my teeth "were too bad to cover"- baring in mind this company knows they are dealing with people's insecurities they decide that statement is fine to be sent out to customers. WOW! RUDE, NASTY AND A WHOLE WASTE OF TIME. So even if your teeth are at all crooked do not bother wasting your time, you will only receive this product if you already have a perfect set of teeth, but want them brightening up. I have also spoke to others who have had a similar experience. So really the pictures of transformations on their site are not real and they are now selling a product that they cannot or do not make. Whilst in the meantime they are happy to keep your money and other customers money in their bank totting up interest- so they make money for nothing. They do not even send you proof they have even attempted the venner- I am currently awaiting a refund, which no doubt I will have to chase. Maybe use some of the money you make off interest to look at improving your customer service!

Fed up wth ths company!!!! Sent me veneers out tht wer huge!!! Sent them bk for them.to send another impressiin kit i sent it away last wk for them to send me ANOTHER KIT YSTY!!!! Absoloute waste of time they are!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Have waited since February for these veneers. Paid for both top and bottom. Sent the impression back, nothing since. Have emailed, and emailed, then finally asked for a refund to which my reply back was that "I am on maternity leave." I want my money back! No pleased at all with this company, or the lack of email communication. 😡😡

So I got the impression kit, sent them away then they resent the moulds back its now been 8 months of me trying to email to get a refund as I'm highly disappointed with the service and if I do not get a reply on here or an email back further action will be taken Leonie galvin.

I have placed an order for the impressions only and i paid £100. The communication was perfect and they responded to all my emails at the start. Once I cleared my account and I paid £300. The plan was to send my veneers on the 27th of March. But I did not recieve the veneers until now. No one responded to my emails... i wrote a comment on their Instagram page, they deleted it straight away. But they were responding to all other inquiries reguarding purchasing the veneers... this website is a scam and they need to be reported and sued with trading standard as soon as possible to stop them from stealing people’s money.

Never got my Veneers. Impression Kit got lost. I was suggested to buy another one with huge shipping costs. As this wasn't acceptable for me I asked for a refund and got totally ignored. Lost a lot of money for nothing. Blinded by nice pictures and good reviews my hopes were high but in the end it's totally disappointing.
