So i ordered on Novemeber 2018 it's now June 2019 never received any veneers,i sent my impressions 3 times different times,mind you i was asking update everytime if the impressions was good and they said it pass the tests and it will receive my veneers in like 20 days,i've waited and waited nothing came so i message them again asking where is my veneers now only to be told that the impressions did not pass the test and i have to redo it again,so i sent another impressions and i asked how's the impressions they said it pass the test and i will be receiving my veneers in 20 days the same exact answer as the previous one,then ive waited again and waited only to be told that they could'nt make my veneers due to tooth loss and they will just refund me and the refund will show in my account in 5-10 days so again ive waited but did not receive my refund it's been like 15 days now,so i message them again about the refund i was told to email them,this time i was already tired but i still email them hoping that i woukd atleast get my money back,so i did email them only to be told that i need to wait 48 hours for the response, i feel like they're just toying me.

I have only had my veneers since the end of February and already my veneers are breaking more and more every day. Considering I paid £300 for these I’m not impressed at all when apparently they are meant to last years?i have messaged on Facebook many times and sent emails as directed to the lab and I am still being ignored after so many messages. I don’t recommend you use this company unless you want somthing done on the cheap

So I brought my veneers back in January. They sent me my veneers which don’t fit, when asked if they could remake them they did which I was happy about 3 attempts at the remake and they still have the same issue. I then messaged them and asked for a refund they then replied with ‘we can’t refund for veneers that have been worn’ well clearly I haven’t worn them if they don’t fit:/ this was nearly two months ago. As a college student it took me ages to get the money for these and they are shocking. Oh and let me just say how rude customer service is.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Guys please avoid this company. MY LOWER ONES SNAPPED IN MY MOUTH ALMOST SWALLOWED IT, I COULD HAVE GOT KILLED FROM IT. AND THEN TO ORDER THEM AGAIN YOU HAVE TO PAY £100.00. THEN THEY ASK WE WILL CHARGE YOU £50.00 IF YOU LEAVE US A 5 STAR REVIEW. Absolute joke of a company! Terrible from start to not even finish, tried for a remake and sent back my originals and tried to say they remade they didnt, blatant lie, never again, you have been warned. Not worth the hassle or money. Dont get me started on the customer service, if you disagree with what they say they will lug you, shocking, make sure if you buy its regulated. Rude, inconsiderate, my first was badly made so off for a remake, they took forever finally was told they were on there way, same exact set sent back, was easy to see, but i had UV marked the last set and so checked under the ultraviolet light, low and behold same set. I told them this with proof and they just played games and lied, am sorry but this is the truth behind this company, like others dont believe the fake false good reviews. I am down hundreds for junk. Regardless of what they say or terms, dont forget the sale of goods act and distance selling it DOES still apply regardless. I am not a company just a Joe public average customer, the level of dishonesty really surprised me, but hey if you don't believe me look on this site, more unhappy customers whom include pics and full details of this companies practices. Put this into your Google search to see what I and many are saying. secret-veneers.pissedconsumer.com There are many many others in the same position, one more point, if you are taking finance for these, don't their finance is totally unregulated, best paying by card etc. Don't buy cash either, make sure all is done via debit card for protection, trust me on this one. Isn't it funny many are saying the exact same thing regarding customer service, I now couldn't care less about their appalling products, but just read the bad reviews not the good as these all seem to echo my statement, terrible terrible company. Oh and if you post a poor, honest , true review this is what you automatically get as soon as you post. Oh no you cant post the truth, they block it, wow. Terrible customer service. My set well didn’t fit took ages for them to acknowledge it. Finally said send them back we will remake. Still waiting months later no replies to my emails and social media messages. I fell for the reviews but they only get good reviews because they bride people ‘give us a good review and we will send you another set for free’ annoyed because I was hoping this product would change my life. Now in the hands of my bank. Don’t be fooled save your money I feel totally scammed

SERIOUSLY TAKE ON BOARD THESE BAD REVIEWS YOU READ !! First set didn’t fit Second pair didn’t fit , bad customer service with communication as emails was ignored . Third time sent off impressions Again (all being special delivery which costs!) didn’t hear anything so emailed , no reply , messaged them on fb to be told after waiting over a month of sending impressions back that there was ready to be sent out the following week . Waited an a month later was sent another impression kit !!! NO VENEERS! After asking for my money back they said No And being told I have to send impressions is the only way they can help ! I purchased these to help with my own mental health issues and boost my self confidence... but turns into a Big nightmare!! SURELY EASIER JUST TO REFUND ! DENY THEY GIVE REFUNDS - sent prof of a someone I know who got one due to bad customer service and taking so long ! But still just ignore my my evidence . So only left with the option to warn others !
