I can't really leave a review on the product, as I haven't received it yet. I was told even until the night before dispatch that they would be on time. Literally the day after they told me they need another week. I don't see how it can take so long to make these, and they shouldn't promise people that they will be made within 21 working days. I know two other people who have ordered these. One had to wait 12 weeks. The other again still hadn't turned up, same as me! I'm wondering if they will actually arrive or if it's just one big scam.

Ordered top+bottom veeneres two months ago, I tracked the impression kit I sent to them, says on my tracking info they received it at there company address. They told me they havent received any kit on there end, that was two months ago, I have been sending email after email to get at least a new impression kit sent to me and start the process again or get a refund, they just couldn't care less to solve the issue, they keep ignoring my emails and when I try and contact them via Facebook messenger they keep avoiding my questions or go back and ask for my order number or say other unrelated stuff, so frustrating dealing with this company, I have paid in full for this product and received nothing but stupid responses and ignorence on there end, Do not buy this product!!!

Unfortunately , you are just a number & cheque to them. They don't care about their customers, this has been proven to me, over & over. If this review helps just one person make a better decision then its worth writing, as they have treated me appallingly. Once you've paid, you are totally stuck with what they give you, they DONT BELIEVE IN CUNSUMER RIGHTS!!

I sent my impressions to the address provided on May 7th. The package was returned to me on July 22nd; package had been forwarded to several other addresses prior to the return. I have sent several support requests with no response.

I payed £100 for the impression kit then signed up for the payment plant for 2 payments of £150 which one payment has been taken from my bank account and the next due the 26th July . I have been sent yet another impression kit this is the 5th one so far with no email to say my impressions have failed yet again. I have informed secreet veeners I do not wish to carry on with this process as I feel these are not suitable for me and taking so many impressions has loosened one of my teeth. Plus having spent £30 on postage sending these impressions back is all bumping up the cost. I have emailed to ask for a refund and cancel my order but am having doubts this will happen having read some of these reviews . Feeling very let down plus only way of contacting this company is via email or facebook unlike another company i came across . Not happy

This company are simply not worth the time They make promises about their product being comfortable but mine weren’t and when I realised they weren’t as described I asked for a refund and they say you can’t because they are bespoke. Understanding the products and single use can’t be returned. You do also have a duty of care to offer what’s been described, telling me you will send me new ones with the same issue is not a resolve ( I notice the policy’s have been updated on the website since my messages to the company) but this needs to be made loud and clear upon purchase that there are not refunds no matter what - you could potentially send me ‘goat food’ and still I couldn’t get my money back according to your policy. When I tried to speak further my emails ended up just being ignored. I’m getting the impression the reviews they have are paid for and this company is out to con you.

What a waste of money. Did my impressions with the kit. Waited and waited impatiently, ever so excited for my veneers to arrive. And what a pile of **** they were. Soon as I opened them to find they were literally just pieces of plastic. 400 pound plastic! Extremely uncomfortable, in reviews people said they took a little getting used to but there was no way I could get used to them. They felt so thick over my teeth, pressing really hard on my teeth and gums to the point if I left them in ten mins my mouth would hurt. They didn’t cause a slight lisp like people in reviews said.. I literally couldnt speak. The feel of the backs of my them catching on my tongue made me literally gag. They didn’t sit flat on the tooth. They were bulky and just horrible. No way could I wear them. What a massive waste of time and money. Please do not buy. I don’t know what they do to get the good review but they can’t be serious!

I would advise anyone to seriously think twice before placing an order with this company! To cut a very long story short, I ordered both upper and lower veneers which were completely unsuitable when received. I contacted the company: via email as this is the only form of communication they have. Several impression kits later (incurring further cost due to postage) I received a second set which had further issues, I again contacted the company. I had to send further impression kits before the third and by far worst set of upper and lower veneers were received. I contact the company to ask for a refund, they said refunds were not possible as I had ordered a 'bespoke' item and they would instead send a kit for me to do yet another set of impressions. When I stated I was unhappy with this decision and wanted my emails passed to a manager they didn't reply. Two further emails were ignored, then two emails addressed directly to the company CEO were ignored. I contacted Citizens Advice - three recorded delivery letters addressed directly to the company CEO were also ignored. I ended up having to go through the court system - I got my money back eventually but it took 14 months and a lot of effort on my part. The lack of customer service offered is truly shocking - please give careful consideration before placing an order!
