I am very disappointed.. in late June I ordered the secret veneers kit and it came to my house and it came mid July, I sent the impressions of my teeth back and it was about $50 for shipping to U.K. ... I used a Facebook messenger to chat with them and they told me that I had good news my impressions were done well and they would be making my veneers to ship them back two weeks ago I received an email from secret veneers telling me that I would receive a refund in 5 to 10 days because unfortunately I'm not a candidate for veneers as they were unable to successfully clip them onto my stone cast mold of my teeth and now it has been 12 days and still have not received any information on a refund and I have sent email to them 2 days ago and I just sent another email requesting information on my refund because my first response was not addressed ... I'm really afraid that I am going to lose my money and not receive any refund from them ....

Waste if money, nearly a year since when i ordered and paid them doesn't fit plus you can't talk with plus is just plastic, Doesn't deserve £399, don't waste your money bleive me i regret really plus till now they keep sending to send them back the example that they sending me. Waste of time and big money

Absolutely hate this company I swear! WORST customer services ever I want my money back and they won’t give me a refund! I hate the teeth they LOOK NOTHING like the ones on Instagram just fake honestly hate it hate it!! Don’t buy your teeth here, u won’t get good quality and u won’t get good customer service they’ll just take your money and run with it

I never usually write reviews but I can’t believe I have just spend £400 on this piece of plastic that doesn’t even fit in my mouth! The teeth don’t look nothing like the ones on Instagram, I have been told I’ve done my bottom impression perfect yet they’ve come and they don’t stay on my teeth I can’t talk with them on, nevermind eat! Because they have been made wrong they keep coming out , won’t stay in one place and hurt my own teeth and gums. The front of my top teeth looks so chunky without barely any line between the front 2 teeth like any teeth would look like, there is no way I’ll be wearing them anywhere! Just cannot believe I’ve wasted so much money on this product. I never bother writing reviews but for this amount of money I was definitely expecting something proper just so disappointed with this company and myself for being so stupid

I ordered my impression kit on the 06/03/2020. I haven’t received it and it’s now 25/06/2020. I don’t know if it was lost in the post but you have £300 of my money. I emailed to ask for a refund to be given another email to email for a refund. To be ignored for weeks on end. You have my money and I want a refund I’m entitled too. I am sick and tired of been ignored and you have my money. Iv spoken to my bank and will be taking legal action if you don’t refund me . This is disgusting never have I ever dealt with such a shoddy company. Especially when you have £300 of my money. I received and email back saying “ Thanks for your reply your impression kit was posted to the attached address . Would you like me is issue you with a new impression kit ASAP?“ first of all it’s not at my address because it hasn’t even come. Second of all I don’t want another one I stated so many times I want a refund and you won’t give me it. Like I’m going to post this on all review sites and Facebook till I get my money back. Yes COVID may of delayed things but that’s not my fault I have no impression kit and just want a straight up refund. If you don’t get back to me I will take legal action. Order number 24754.

Extremely fake looking. Veneers make my mouth and lips stick out, very unattractive look. Veneers are huge, makes teeth look clunky and ugly. FALSE ADVERTISING. It's very hard to get money back too.

I have been very patient and taken a considerable amount of time before I wrote this review. On the 2nd of April I placed an order for some veneers for my daughter as a surprise. I waited a month in total for them to be made. Once made they arrived and they were very poorly made. They curled away from the gum, cutting my daughters lip as it kept getting stuck on the veneers, they were way longer than her front teeth and hanging past her lower lip and they were also off centre. On the 9th of May, the day they arrived I emailed immediately to tell them of the problem and was told to email the lab team which I did. I sent pictures and videos. On the 14th of May I emailed again as I had been ignored. To be sent an email straight back saying they had asked the lab to look into it. On the 18th of May I sent another email to say that I was unhappy with the service I have been given and requested a refund. I also sent three Facebook messages which were ignored. On the 19th of May I was told a new kit would be sent. It is now the 16th of June. I have received nothing. I have emailed twice and been completely ignored. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have requested a full refund. AGAIN. (Will update once I hear, if I ever do, back from the company.) If not I will have to seek legal advice.

DO NOT USE!! These people are lovely before you place an order then as soon as you do you hear nothing from them!! I asked for a refund due to lack of communication over an issue with the trays which they agreed to, that was mid March it is now end of May with no refund no communication, no replies to any of my messages and I have now sought legal advise, do not waste your time
