Ok so I ordered from secret veneers, have receipt & everything! Received impressions within 3 weeks and communication had been good with Ella Carron Brown concerning my impressions i had sent back after theyd been done. All had been going well and the last email I received was before xmas stating if i wanted the tracking info, not sure what for as my impressions were still in transit , I emailed again asking if they had received them & she said that they may be held at customs due to covid but my impression kit came pretty quick, no problems. its been almost 2 months and still havent received any email back, its been 3 months since I ordered. Have emailed 3 times wanting a refund & now they wont email me back. I just want my money back or even an email back on whats going in. Im happy to continue to wait for my veneers too but if i know what is going on. Its unfair I paid $611.50 maybe when covid is over take a trip to their store instead. I have family and friends in UK

Received the product and the quality was abysmal. They refuse to do refunds on a bad product. I wrote a review on their social media page to which their response was blocking me. After failing to be offered anything other than a new impression kit, I resentfully sent new imprints. The product again is substandard and I could genuinely buy halloween fake teeth and be happier, and £650 better off! Absolute rip off. (Also, listing this as a fake review is completely in line with the customer service I have experienced from you so far. Absolutely appalling product. Also fairly sure you would be in breach of GDPR by listing your clients names. I have emailed you with reference to this review)

This is an honest review please stay clear. Wish I had listened to the bad reviews. Absolutely appalling company. Complete time wasters. Teeth look ridiculously fake and they never solve the issue or communicate they do a few time then after that they just ignore they Just take your money and that’s that.

unfortunately these wernt for me due to having dental implants so they couldnt make me any suitable veneers which isnt the issue. my issue is that i was promised a refund by a member of staff ,who then forgot to even issue it until i chased it a week later, then i was promised a faster refund within a few days and again this still hasnt arrived, ive found dealing with them during this process not great the money comes out the bank quick enough but getting my money back to me seems a real task, ive found this member of staff to be very abrupt in response to emails too when im only asking for my money back?

It’s been 8 months and I haven’t got either a correctly fitting veneer or my money back. They have sent 3 horrendously ill fitting veneers and now havent responded for weeks. Don’t waste your money.

First Order was sent and lost in transit, no reply to my emails. I paid for a new order to be sent, arrived quickly so I had my hopes up! I done my impressions and paid $50 to be sent to the UK then to have my parcel held at customs for 2 months because they failed to tell me I’d have to pay $300 for them to accept my parcel due to extra charges!!! They were Informed by customs of my parcel but failed to email me regarding this and my parcel was sent back, they have ignored all emails regarding my order! This has ended up costing me nearly $2000 and is nothing but a scam unless your from the UK. I’ve tried again paying another $50 but I had to ‘lie’ about pricing on the form to see if it will be excepted, they fail to explain extra charges and that you won’t receive and service! Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed.

Wish I could give minus stars!! First off I did the impressions wrong so I sent for 2x sets of more putty just incase, but only sent one even though I was charged for 2. I messaged there Instagram to tell them but they completely ignored what I said and just replied with an emoji! I recieved my teeth this morning with high expectations from looking at there perfect Instagram pictures. Let me tell you they are absolutely AWFUL!!! I actually feel sick that I've spent over £300 on these. They do not fit my own teeth, they are wonky beyond belief, in no way symmetrical, dont even cover my own teeth from the gum line. I cant speak in them, they have a huge ridge from the back so are not comfortable and its sharp so no doubt I would be sore if my tongue was to catch it. They move when I try to speak and they are so big and clumpy you couldnt even pass them off as real teeth they just look like one wonky piece of plastic the teeth dont even look separate it's just one big tooth. My boyfriend and my sister were both in stitches at me wearing them cant decide if I'm wearing them in for a race horse or Austin powers. Please anyone who is looking to buy these read the bad reviews and listen I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought them. Scammers!!!!! There Instagram is full of people that have lots of followers that probably got them free and obviously they will be good ones for them to promote but if your just an average Joe they dont give a damn. Dont waste your money please. Judging from the bad reviews I'm going to have a hard time getting my money back too which tops the whole bad experience!!

Im not one to ever write reviews but I have had 5 sets of veneers made now and none of them have fitted & turn out how i asked them too in-terms of shape & straightness & what was sold to me on there pages. I am really annoyed as they are now ignoring my emails as i have sent 3 since sunday and no response when usually its a day or 2 at max! For £300+ i would pay more elsewhere and get the actual product.
