The last 4 weeks I lived in suspended fear because of all of the horror stories I read here and in other websites about Seatingmind, so when I received the massive box after 20 calendar days since ordering, I was expecting the wrong item or a damaged chair, etc. Instead, I found a perfectly functional chair (it's definitely not "new", but I knew what I was getting) and the chair is in excellent condition. Was I one of the only lucky customers? Not sure, but my experience was great. I'm very satisfied with the purchase: got a used chair in excellent condition for about ~35% of sticker price and it arrived exactly 20 days after I ordered it.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron, and the folks at Seating Mind were quick to respond to inquiries, and when I told them I needed to cancel my order due to changes in my situation, they refunded the money the next day, in full, no questions asked. We searched for where we could purchase Herman Miller Office Desk chairs and your website offered them at substantially less cost than by going thru a local area provider. Website was very easy to navigate and when requesting a quote for a large order the response was extremely fast and follow up was excellent. The only thing I would have like to see was the option to pay via bank wire.

The site was easy to maneuver with good product descriptions.

Found what I was looking for real easy. Had no problems checking out and would recommend to friends.

Based on my experience, I will rate this company five stars. The price was unbeatable for the Steelcase Leap v2 and it delivered reasonably fast - but it came already assembled and they even sent a partial refund for an offer that was accepted after I had purchased it already. Customer service was direct in answering my questions and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
