Overall the value (result / cost) is good. That's why I gave at least 3 stars. The downsides: customer service was weird. Like I asked for a refund within 3 hours of ordering because I noticed some red flags and trey told me it was too late. And they shared a FedEx tracking link that said the shipping label had been sent but had no indication that it was on its way. And customer service wasn't helpful in any of this when I asked for clarity several times. Based on the reviews I saw after ordering, I was concerned this was a scam up until the day I received the chair. But I actually got the chair in the mail about 3 weeks after ordering, which was in decent condition. Like, no major problems. It smells like Lysol, which is better than the smell of whatever it might have been beforehand. There is are a couple of evident defects that I don't really care about as long as the fabric doesn't fall off the chair in a couple of years. But overall the chair is in fine condition.

LATEST UPDATE AND PLEASE READ: Upgraded to another star. Might give full once I close out the open item. As noted below I was initially concerned that I became a victim of scam but want to be fair and share my feedbacks. Item was shipped as promised and came in huge box. Well installed, clean and as advertised as Brand New with HM booklet attached. The only thing that I am trying to find out from Seatingmind is that it says it has tilt limiter and tilt lock features (as advertised and I have the screen shoot) which I don’t see on the chair that I received and hope they will address the missing parts or provide discount. Enjoy the product very much so far and my immediate families put in a few orders this week!!! ***** Upgraded to another star given the fast reaction from the company.. and will evaluate again based on receive of final product.. ***** I am surprised to see the negative review here. I recommended this to my families and friends and they are placing 3 orders with them this week. I ordered my back in late July on Brand New Mira 2 but yet to receive and started to get worried about the quality of my Brand NEW Chair. Can the company address my concerns and timing of delivery as my back needs help from that chair.

I found your site through a Google search. Your site was easy to navigate and actually took me right to what I was searching for. And your price was competitive.

It was easy to find exactly the chair I wanted, and because it was a refurb it was less than half the price of a non-refurb. Only problem is I have not received an ETA. I know it will take longer than normal due to the pandemic, but at least some word on when I might expect to receive it would be great.

At the beginning of May 2020 I placed an order from seatingmind.com for Aeron Herman Miler refurbished chair. I paid to the website and received a message that due to Covid shipments are delayed and it may take a week longer to deliver. When May turned to June I started getting worried and reading more reviews of the website. Many people left poor reviews, saying the site was a scam. On the day I went to download a dispute form to try and get money back I got notification that my chair was shipped! I received my chair in a huge box with no paperwork and in perfect condition. I am giving four stars because communication could be better and setting expectations is helpful. Thank you for a great chair at half the cost!!!

The website was easy to use but when i tried to call. i could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. The order also did not give me an expected shipping and delivery date.

Ordered a discontinued, refurbished Knoll Chadwick chair for a very good price (about 2/3 off list). Shipping was promised within 7-14 business days. It arrived on day 10 in excellent condition, though without even a knock on the door -- the box just got dumped on my stoop without announcement except for an email 45 minutes later. All parts were in the box, protected with bubble wrap, but there weren't any assembly or operating instructions. The necessary documentation can easily be found online, though, so this is a minor criticism. I would do business with this company again.

Great product and great price. Communication about the order status was sub-par, but once the chair arrived it is great.
