I would never buy from this company ever again. The chair we ordered came in damaged. Scratches all over the legs and arms. The rollers were scuffed up and dirty, the material on the chair was filthy. I reached out to them explaining the issues with the chair & sent them pictures of the damaged chair asking for a full refund which was 30 day guaranteed for a full refund. They offered me a $60 refund for the damaged chair that I paid $399, not acceptable! This is for sure false advertisement. The picture on the internet looked nothing like what we received. Then they proceeded to ask me if I could prove where it said the chair was brand new. I sent them the quote that Jacob sent me which said nothing about a refurbished chair. We emailed back & forth for an entire month before they agreed to charge us a 20% restocking fee and refunded $320 once they receive the chair back at their warehouse (I have this in writing). I sent the chair back using UPS and tracked the package to make sure they received it back with proof of delivery. I then contacted them and they assured me that I would see the money within 2 weeks. I still do not have any money a month after they received the chair back. They eventually quit responding to my emails and calls. The last email was sent on April 10th, 4 months after the purchase with no results. I never received a refund for the damaged chair. In the end, this order was advertised as 30-day money back guaranteed, and it said nothing about refurbished chairs on the quote. I did everything they requested and still no results. This is not the kind of business anyone should have to deal with. Tracy

Ordered an office chair for $574.99. Nearly 2 months has gone by without any updates. Can't get anyone via phone. No one responds to e-mails that have been received (receive auto-generated e-mails saying it was received and someone will get back to me in 48 hours). Nothing! Contacted the NJ attorney general, BBB and the FTC. If this happened to you, you should take the same steps! They have 145 complaints with the BBB in the last 3 years, and over 50 in the last 12 months.

I gave them a 1 star only because there are none lower. These guys are pure scammers, con men. Tell your family, tell your friends NOT to go anywhere near these guys. I placed an order over 3 months ago, they double charge may bank, refunded only one charge, and have refused to pay me back the rest of the money they took from me. If I could leave no stars I would. If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the worst company in the longline of bad companies. First of all do yourself a favor and google them. Every website has them with 1 star. Every review you find tells a horror story of dealing with them. If you look them up on Better Business Bureau, you’ll find that they have had their certificate revoked. I bought one of their chairs in July. Received it end of July and within a month it broke. The cylinder and the seating frame. When I reached out to them they wanted proof, so I gave them proof then instead of replacing the entire chair, they sent me parts expecting me to fix it myself. One of the parts I even had to fight for because at first they weren’t going to help me with everything. It was only when I reminded them of their 12 yr warranty that they reversed their decision and sent me the parts I needed. When the parts came I didn’t expect the fixing process would be as difficult as it was but it was so difficult that they sent me a video that poorly walks you through fixing the chair and surprises you with tools that are a must have in order to fix the chair. So I had to buy tools I never intended to buy just to fix this chair. Then while fixing the chair and following the directions of the video they sent me the new cylinder broke. Now they refuse to replace my cylinder and are telling me I can buy a new one. Again their warranty is for 12 yrs and this is covered under that and yet they refuse to honor it. It has been several months now of me fighting them to honor their warranty but they refuse. Lenna the customer rep is one of the worst humans you will ever deal with. She cares nothing about helping you or even treating you like a customer. All she cares about is getting more money from you. These are horrible people that literally belong behind bars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company and its practices are nothing more than a con. They sell under the terms "restored or refurbished" but likely never touch the junk they sell and pass off. The chair I received arrived broken, dirty with clumps of long hair wrapped around the castors in a broken, flimsy box. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a total sham! Be aware! I ordered a Knoll office chair and the chair I received was used and damaged and missed special coasters I ordered as well. The customer service was basically non-existent and I was offered a 15% deduction in price and new coasters. What a joke. The website claims free returns and 30-day money back guarantee. False advertisement. And there is no option to talk to a customer representative to seek a resolution.

Got excited at the price on the site, clicked "purchase" before I thought about looking into this business. Last time that will happen. I received my "refurbished chair" (Steelcase Leap V1) about an hour ago. Upon inspecting the contents of the box, the seat pan/cushion is missing, as well as a caster. I am not sure what else may be missing as there was no shipping contents to refer to and I cannot begin to try to assemble the chair without all of the parts. Based on what I have seen so far, I am not expecting the gas cylinder to be remotely functional/stable (kind of hard to test that with no seat and a missing caster). Chair is also missing the knob/cap (the right front corner, under where the seat cushion would/should be) for one of the adjustments- it was not in the box and it appears to have been broken off. It looks like whomever packed this chair disassembled it, lost a few parts (broke a couple more) and literally threw it across the room into a box. The bubble wrap wrapped nothing- it was placed on top of the chair parts and the box itself looked like it went thru a warzone by the time I opened it. The back rest is dirty, knob is broken (which did not occur in shipping- it wasnt in the box) and its obviously not seen anything remotely approaching "refurbished". Called their # immediately, was advised via voice message that the best way to reach them is by email or support message on their site. Sent to them pretty much what you see in this review. Now the $350 waiting game begins. I would love to have been pleased by this purchase. I can already sense where this is heading, however.

The cylinder on my chair is defective. I’ll set the chair at the desired height and within 30 minutes the chair has sunk to the lowest setting. Seatingmind will not let me return the chair without a thirty minute video showing the sinking. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. When paying $600 for a chair, you expect it not to have functional defects and now the burden of proof is on me? Go elsewhere!
