Sent me the wrong chair. The chair they sent me is also on their website and is cheaper than the chair I had purchased.

My experience mirrors that of others. These guys promptly charged me for an Eames management chair without shipping even though they implied they had. FedEx said otherwise. After much prompting they finally shipped the chair / and then it was the wrong chair. I ordered and paid for black leather and got grey vinyl. Repeated emails only got me at Best an offer of a partial discount. I really wanted the chair I ordered and paid for - they seem totally disinterested in fulfilling their obligation. The chair is structurally fine and otherwise nice although clearly used which is ok. They have now totally quit responding to my emails so I’ll find a way to change the seat cover myself. A good auto upholstery shop should be able to do this no problem. I would never recommend seating mind. They strike me as clueless schmucks who could give a flip about customer satisfaction. Once again clearly showing you get (almost) what you pay for.

They waited a week to ship my order and only did so after I started the dispute process through paypal. Before that seatingmind would not answer their phone, and the email address on their website does not exist. They also did not answer the customer support message system on their website. When they finally answered me through paypal it was just saying “whats your order number?” Not “sorry for the hassle” or “something happened that made us impossible to get a hold of.” They charged me $50 to ship a chair that is still not here 2 weeks after I made the order and they never contacted me once about any delays. I’m still waiting on my order now. This is the worst shopping experience I have had in recent memory in any store or online. I do not recommend them.

This company sells broken and used furniture. Prices were too good to be true.
