They are clearly incompetent and have an even worse delivery company. My order was made January 22nd, and expected in less than two weeks. They mistakenly shipped it to the wrong customer in another part of the country and had to wait until it was returned to their warehouse. After it returned, it sat there for over a week. Nobody ever proactively contacted me with a status, and when I did ask for status I got vague answers with no detail from some guy named Abe that kept “yelling" at me in email with his CAPS LOCK on in every email. I doubt it ever would have shipped if I didn't email and bug them over and over. It finally shipped last week and was supposed to arrive Monday. We waited and waited and around 5PM checked online to see it was rescheduled to Tuesday. Tuesday, the exact same thing happened. Wednesday, the exact same thing happened. After I spoke with the delivery company for the 2nd day in a row and was promised it would be delivered today before noon, it was rescheduled for the next day for the THIRD DAY IN A ROW without any notice. Again, nobody called, and nobody emailed. Nobody from the seating mind has ever apologized for this inconvenience or offered any compensation for these egregious mistakes. I tried to cancel the order today so I can buy some chairs locally, but have not heard back. I WANT A REFUND! (Hey Abe, that's what CAPS LOCK is for)

The worst customer service I have ever received. They send you a link informing you that your order shipped with a tracking number and it never ships. This is a scam? If you get to talk to someone live they hang up on you if you are not placing an order.

I bought a Think chair. It came in pieces in a huge box. No instructions no bolts. I finally got help putting it together and it was “worn out” the back was stretched out of shape. It was dirty and dusty. Customer service asked for a picture of the problem. I sent the picture and described the condition of the chair. That was two months ago and to date I zero response. Can’t believe these people stole $260.00 from me. Do not buy from them!

No customer service. Sent false FEDEX tracking number. No response when calling or emailing, other than "we are busy and will respond within 48 hours". Never happens.

Do Not Buy from Seatingmind. Of 68 chairs we bought we received 18 that were the completely wrong chair. Of the other 50, we only received 48. All chairs took weeks longer than promised to receive, and we are still waiting for a couple. Customer service, if you can get any, takes a long time and always has an explanation. Stay far away!

I would not recommend this company, unless you want headaches! They charge your credit card immediately and don't deliver for 3-4 weeks. Then they sent stained and very used looking chairs. I returned them after much hassle because no one answers the phone. Finally got the FEDX labels emailed from them and still waiting for my credit! It been 10 weeks! Don't become a bank roller for them! Also, the reviews on their web site are suspicious. I tried to put a review on the site but was unable to find access. The all sound like the same person!

I ordered a NEW GREY Aeron and got a USED BLACK one instead. They wouldn't acknowledge that it was used. I even ordered the additional soft wheels which they threw in the box instead of putting on the chair leaving me with the casters on the chair that showed obvious use. When I sent a pic they saw the one good wheel I had installed and accused me of trying to scam them. I have put in a Paypal dispute. DO NOT ORER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
