My chair arrived broken. I contacted customer service a week ago and they have yet to approve my refund. I will dispute this transaction if i do not hear back. This company is a scammm! They claim they refunded my credit card on 09/22 but its a lie! I was never refunded. I will post negative reviews everywhere if i dont get my money back

DISAPPOINTING AND MISLEADING!!! They did not mention that the chairs were refurbished except in tiny, blurry, print at the bottom of the specs section in a JPG format as opposed to the text the rest of the specs were spelled in. When we got them, they were filthy, scuffed, and had missing parts. Sure, we got them for much cheaper than a new chair, but when you pay over $500 for a chair that only says it's on sale, you expect it to be in good quality...

Shocking company. Chair was meant to be ‘restored to brand new condition’. When it was arrived the entire base and front of the seat were heavily scratched, the chair smelt of smoke, the wheels hadn’t been changed and were battered. You can’t call anyone, everything takes 48hrs, the chair when it finally did arrive was late. I had to chase consistently. Chair was returned, and still no refund.

Fraud? Maybe too strong a word. I ordered a 650$ chair which they had "in stock" but a month later had not shipped. Reading back, every single email exchange involved them lying to me. I never got my chair but thank goodness for AMEX, I got my money back.

The chair arrived, two weeks late, in a box that was coming apart, made from two old boxes, loosely taped together. The chair itself was a Frankenstein collection of broken pieces of an older model of the chair I ordered, poorly assembled. The plastic backrest was bent forward and unusable. The arm rests were wobbly and unstable. It took two hours of disassembling the arm rests and a trip to home depot figure out which part was broken. After many photos and weeks of arguing over email, Lenna of customer support, eventually sent me replacement parts (all used, of course). It took me another two hours to reassemble the chair. Lenna offered me a 15% discount for my troubles, which was nice. And I'm grateful for that. But considering that the chair was falsely advertised as new, that SeatingMind substituted a poorly refurbished chair in a bait-and-switch tactic, that SeatingMind must know that it won’t be easy to return an 80 lbs. drafting chair, and that that there are a dozen complaints identical to mine, then I would say that it's just a matter of time SeatingMind is facing a class-action lawsuit.

I would give zero stars if I could. They sent me a reck of a Steelcase Leap 2 chair claiming that it was new. It was horribly packaged and the leather was torn off the facing of the seat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We bought and were delivered 10 Herman Miller Aeron Chairs. I am sorry to say that 4 of the chairs were not “restored to brand new” as stated on the website. This promise of brand new condition is what prompted us to order these chairs and were expecting such. 4 out of the 10 chairs would not be considered brand new condition. The chairs arrived with zero protective packaging in the boxes which more than likely led to one of the chairs having scuffed arm rests. 3 of the chairs are ripping at seams on the seats. I emailed my problem on August 21st and received zero response. I then called and spoke to Jacob who assured me the chairs would be replaced. No communication until Lena emailed me on September 11th asking me for a video. A video was sent and Lenna claimed it was only one chair and asked me to ship it back. I had to retake video to prove it was 4 chairs. She is now saying we have to ship the chairs back before any replacement can be sent. This has been one very frustrating and inconvenient battle with false advertising!

I placed an order a month ago for over $13K in office chairs and it still hasn't even shipped. I'm extremely upset as the rep that helped me place the order assured me that I'd have them in 2-3 weeks, and we're here 4 weeks later and they haven't even shipped! I'm on a tight deadline and this was supposed to be a good experience and so far it's been awful- no one answers the phone, no one gets back to you with an explanation, and there's no reason of why it's taking so long!
