EDITED REVIEW: The chair arrived, packed well, with minor scuffing on the base, since this was a renewed chair and it was minor this was acceptable. The version of the chair I received was many years old and missing some features due to this, they need to add more information about the precise chair that you are getting. Many of these high-end chairs have been shipping for many years with slight variations. Added a star since it is a decent chair at a reasonable price, but didn't get the chair I expected, and it took way too long to ship. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was waiting to receive my order to write a review, but its been about a month and nothing has shipped yet. They promised a tracking number within 24 hours and it took 2 weeks to deliver that, at that point it shifted from "ordered" to "processing". It's unclear whether or not the chair will ever actually ship, I'm unsure whether or not to start over on shopping... The extra star is assuming that someday a chair will arrive...

Lots of good deals on chairs, but be warned that there are currently extra-long shipping times due to the COVID pandemic. Cancelled my order after six weeks.

Automated communication - unclear. They wanted this rating 2 days after the order. 15 days later I had an email saying the order was being prepped for shipping... today...August 26th...two more weeks- I received an automated tracking number showing it finally shipped. There was never a notice saying delays due to Covid. No communication about the true timeline. Great chairs-great prices - but let’s get real. Be transparent with customers and set expectations. A month to ship... doesn’t work in an amazon world. (***^Seeing their reply- their banner says verbatim: We are fully operational and shipping as fast as we can...” It says nothing about delays. It does ask for patience responding to emails.) Words matter- fully operational- does not say -delay.

It doesn't make sense to ask for a review before i receive the chair. It hasn't even been shipped yet. How can i review the chair, or even the service when i haven't received the service yet. Ship the chair, wait a month, and then ask for a review.

The web site easy to navigate. Trying to figure out where to find the product specfications (diamensions), and size selection was limited. Would be good to have tabs that walk you through the product summary. technical spec/sizes, customer reviews and related products.

I ordered a Herman Miller chair in May 2019 and it came pretty quick and as ordered. I noticed a few issues like the left arm doesn't stay up after locking into place and the back leaning ability seems 'off'. The chair also does not have any serial tag or Identification that it is a Herman Miller chair. I have reached out to Seating Mind for warranty information only to be asked over and over for a video of the broken chair. The shortest I can make the video to show the broken components is 55MB which I cannot send via email. Needless to say I am stuck with a 'so called Herman Miller' chair that is supposed to have a 12 year warranty and I cannot get any information or serial number for the chair to contact Herman Miller. My advice is avoid purchasing from Seating Mind if you are looking for a high end chair like Herman Miller. 7/28: I have sent photos as an alternative, the issue is the chair is broken and there should some way to access the warranty. 7/30: pictures helped get a response but I still have no warranty information and one of the mechanical levers still does not work. I raised my review up but I would not order another Herman Miller outside an authorized dealer in the future.

I didn’t get the chair I ordered. It didn’t have all the features listed in the description and they didn’t answer my emails.
