+1 to everyone's experience (month + delays, no updates etc)
+1 to everyone's experience. placed my order, stayed in processing for a month, no updates, exceeded the amount of additional COVID time they asked me to wait. bla bla bla. ive requested a refund. no surprises here, but it still hasn't shown up in the amount of time they said it would. i have no additional knowledge than any other random customer, but here's what I think happened: - this is/was a legitimate business, albeit one that was not ready for any of the adversity COVID threw their way. - COVID really screwed with their fragile business, operations, and supply chain models. i don't know the details, but there's a thousand and one places for it to fail. - COVID depleted their supply chain. everything they had in stock. and how way they acquired new furniture/chairs. physically dirty/dusty items showing up is probably due to them completely emptying their inventory - did they know these things? yes, most definitely. do they suck for not being more honest about their plight? yes, e.g. "wait additional week due to COVID" total horse poop. would we have been more understanding with more transparency vs the run around/likely lies? yep! - all said it remains to be seen if they will recover post-COVID. it seems like they're on their last legs, with a completely tarnished brand. they may pop back up in a few months under a different name/website, IF they're able to get more inventory.

Your perception was almost perfect....We were very honest by clearly asking for more time through the entire purchase cycle on line. We are not on our last legs since we are still getting work at home office chair requests non stop 24 x 7. Whoever had some more patience eventually got their chair. We actually hired a lot more staff to handle the influx since we actually care about our customers and care about our reputation. By the way, our competitors are struggling with exactly the issues that you mentioned. We are here and intend on stating around - though this time the changes we implemented are stating in place ready for the unknown.
