Ordered Herman Miller Aero Chair. Was told delivery would be delayed up to two weeks. Two weeks turned into 20 days and then I was told it was on backorder and would take an additional 30 days. If you’re out of stock just say so instead of holding out false promises of delivery. Highly disappointing experience. Cancelled order and went with a more reputable dealer.

TOTAL HACK JOB, SEE PHOTOS. Features of chair DO NOT WORK EITHER, and chair tilts to the left. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Permanente damage to the headrest, and you can see the craftsmanship on the rest of the chair like I said total chopshop! This company NEVER answers the phone, and NEVER responds to emails, DO NOT BUY FROM #SEATINGMIND! Update: June 23rd, 2020... See how this company responded to my bad review and said he will have customer support reach out to me, and of course, "NO ONE REACHES OUT," even two days later, and I STILL CAN'T REACH ANYONE. DO NOT BUY FROM SEATINGMIND!!

I placed my order on May 21st and have not heard back from the company since. I have sent multiple emails as no one answers the phone....all to no avail.

5/14 - ordered and charged 6/3 - "your order should be shipped by next week" 6/8 - "your order should be shipped by end of next week" 6/16 - "I notified our shipping department manager about your order to expedite it for shipping by the end of next week." 6/17 - "Unfortunately the warehouse ran out of stock of your item," Better Business Bureau Website: CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS Alert: As of 2/11/2020, the business does not have active authority to do business in New Jersey from the NJ Department of the Treasury Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services. Their status indicates "Reinstatement Procedures Pending" since 5/8/2017. Alert: BBB has received multiple reports from consumers that Seating Mind is taking orders and processing payments, but not delivering the merchandise or delivering poor quality merchandise. Consumers report that the business does not honor refund requests or its advertised "free returns" policy. Reply to the Seating Mind reply below: There is no "BBB Claim". It's just a fact...they have given you an F rating and 32 complaints have been filed in 12 months. Or just look at the rating on this site, the one you set up for yourselves!

A month and a half later and order still hasn't shipped. I've emailed.8 times I keep getting false promises of "it's going to ship this week" and it never does. It was a Father's Day gift and now I have 5 days to find a new one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! THEY DO NOTHING BUT LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. I have emailed your support over 8 times. You never actually ship items. I'm done with you and have reported you for fraud. I will be doing so with the BBB as well. Look at all the bad reviews you have. There are a lot of us that you have screwed over.

We ordered a used Herman Miller chair and paid $659 by PayPal We got a tracking number 3 days later, but that never moved... we waited about 4 weeks thinking it was the Corona issue and contacted Seating mInd. A girl called Sara responded and told us they were super busy and working 24 hours a day 7 days a week and they would ship within 5 days. Nothing happened. We filed a complaint with Paypal (item not received) and a day after that a shipment was moving. We received a chair that was fairly dirty and the headrest we ordered and paid for was not included. I contacted seating mind and was told by Jacob ( The owner ) that he would ship the headrest only if we dropped the paypal dispute. I changed the dispute to "item not as described" We see that as blackmail so we did not drop the dispute. In the end Paypal ruled against us because seatingmind submitted a tracking number and the lazy people at PayPal dis not read what we put in the complaint. I could spend more time on this but lfe is too short

Terrible service. I order a $249 HM chair, they charged my c.c. immediately, since took a long time for delivery, i canceled the order, they sent me the cancellation confirmation and the chair was delivery, I rejected the delivery as it was instructed by Seating Mind, they credit my c.c. only for part of the $249 and wants to keep like $70. I wrote several time and they don't even have the courtesy to respond. LC Order no. 21943

Trash company employing trash people selling trash products. They sold me a chair for $500 where they removed the entire reclining assembly. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored. When I filed a dispute with my bank, the VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY started sending me (horribly, horribly misspelled) harassing emails that for some reason mentioned Donald Trump. Response: I can forward you the email where Jacob Kellner (your Vice President. Don't lie about something everyone can easily confirm with Google) sent me the email mentioning Donald Trump. Double edit: dirty deleting your replies? (They claimed "no one here has the title vice president", when a 5 second Google search shows that to be a bold faced lie) Just par for the course with you guys. I don't need more harassment from you. Please do not email me. Triple edit: yes, after contacting my bank and the BBB, filing a police report, contacting the FTC, New Jersey AND Wisconsin Consumer Protection Bureaus; you finally offered to refund me the money you stole from me. Top knotch customer service. The broken chair is en route to your warehouse as we speak. Here is the tracking number: 393917047622 I'll cut off my left testicle if you guys actually follow through and refund me the money you stole lol QUADRUPLE EDIT: look at that, I returned the broken chair you sent me and you haven't returned the money you stole. Now I'm out $515 and I don't even have any garbage to show for it. Tell Jacob Kellner MAGA for me. Quintuple Edit: now you're emailing me that you won't refund me unless I take down all my negative reviews and close my cases with the consumer protection bureau? Sextuple edit: a week later and still no refund. Looks like you've stolen my money and I don't even get to keep the broken chair. Whatever the 7th update is: still no refund and now they've taken the chair and still refuse to refund me. Octuple update: I guess I need to file against these guys in small claims court. What a hassle. 4 months later: Jacob has stopped harassing me, but I'm still out $500.
