Absolutely a horror story. Should have read the reviews prior to ordering. My company order over 100 of the steelcase think Chairs and I was impressed with the quality which was great for a $400.00 chair. The chair was ordered May 22nd, as a birthday present from my sons. "A" chair was delivered finally after several emails to them from him, last week on June 12th. The chair was not the correct chair - lower quality, stuck in a box, no wrapping for protection in shipment. After several attempts to find out what happened they offered him $100.00 to accept the chair they shipped, no apology, no reasoning. After several attempts they offer a shipping label to return the chair and nothing about sending me the correct one. In no way did anyone try to help fix the situation and get him the chair I ordered. Very disappointed, the worst customer service. I most certainly did order from you. Order # 46553

Ordered a chair, was supposed to be sent within 2 weeks, 7-10 business days. I immediately reached out to make sure they can send it in appropriate timeline. They extended to 10-14 and said they will ship by then. I reached out towards the end of the period and they still confirmed it would be shipped. After another request for status they pushed it another 2 weeks, and when I asked why they said they have another MONTH backlog. This is clearly something they knew from the beginning and tried to drag me with fake updates so I'd keep the order. Terrible customer service, terrible customer experience. No apologies, no updates from their behalf. Stay away. Update: only PARTIAL refund given for a chair that was never sent. THEY SAY THEY HAD COSTS FOR THE CHAIR THEY NEVER SENT!! THERE IS NO UPSIDE FOR ORDERING FOR THEM, THEY WE WOULD NOT SEND THE CHAIR AND THEN TAKE FEES FOR CANCELLING. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?!?! BTW, no "department head" contacted me.

My order for a Herman Miller chair took approximately five weeks to ship (understandable given the pandemic), but when it finally arrived, it was not the chair I had ordered and it had clearly been used. I was desperate for an office chair, so kept it and now - just one month later - the lever to adjust the height of the chair does not work (it is in the lowest setting), making it unusable. I would not order from them again.

It has now been 7 weeks since I placed my order and still nothing. I have contacted customer support who told me that it would be 2-5 additional business days before my chair would be shipped. That was three weeks ago. I understand production is delayed because of the pandemic, but SEVEN WEEKS???

BAD, BAD, BAD experience with this company. I ordered a chair on May 4th expecting delivering approximately 2 - 4 weeks later. To date no chair. I received an email from Seatingmind on June 1st stating that through a mixup with their shipping company the chair did not ship and a refund would be made in 3 - 5 working days. We are well past that timeline and they have not responded to emails or phone calls.

Placed my order April 27th. We are. ow approaching July. No chair. No update.

This must be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I never received my order, nor any word about a delay, nor any more communiques at all. BUYER BEWARE - go elsewhere with your business!

I ordered HERMAN MILLER AERON CHAIR WITH POSTUREFIT SIZE B (OR C) BLACK on May/3/2020, and my chair was arrived on Jun/12/2020. The chair does not have "Forward Tilt Feature" which the chair must have. There is no lever and no wire for the forward tilt. I asked customer service to replace the chair, or return and get a full refund. On Jun/18/2020, customer service answered they will ship out the ONLY THE PARTS (lever and wire). Of course, I don't know how to install the parts to the chair. They must ship the chair which has installed all features. I asked them again to replace the chair, or return and get a full refund. But there is no answer yet. I don't want to waste the time with this company.
