Convince me this isn't Fraud
I have to say I wanted to give them a chance, but at this point it feels like fraud. I have had an order in for months, and they have admitted to not having stock for the chair in my email exchanges with customer service. If what I am seeing from others is true regarding charging for restocking fees this seems like a case of fraud.. Is it not? You can't advertise your product with a time-gated sale and "in stock" - then be unable to fulfill the order within MONTHS... then charge people for restock fee simply because you claim the product has "started to ship" because you have generated a shipping label through Fedex that has never moved passed the "processing" stage. I'm extremely disappointed with the company and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are effected by Covid and struggling with meeting demand, but seems to me like they are comfortable accepting orders that they know they can't fulfill because they will inevitably receive 10% of the total order when the customer decides to cancel. In the email exchanges they are always blatantly asking if I want to cancel the order... Seems like they just wanna scoop the 10% from cancellation fees I think I am going to cancel my order and I won't accept anything less than a full refund. Unless someone can, at the minimum... tell me when I should be getting my order fulfilled and it will meet the expectations of the description of the item that I purchased. I hope I'm wrong - I want their business... and if they are simply struggling to fulfill orders, I apologize, but I need some answers here..
